Every easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The Japanese restaurant across the road is amazing and nice that we could walk. All the staff was so nice and the rooms were clean.
Only negative thing is that the bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door all the way because of the toilet. Also, I'm not sure if it's because we were close to the elevator or not but it was so loud all night. Felt like you could hear everything outside the room

I had to book this hotel due to snow cancelling my plane, and chose this hotel because it said it was "upscale." It was not upscale, but was very adequate and clean. The front desk and the shuttle service was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was very good, and more a "pub" with nice atmosphere than the normal hotel restaurant. I would stay here again.

I checked in at 8:30pm. Front desk staff was very friendly. I got my complimentary cookie which was warm still! Room is clean.
Bed is much more comfortable than Marriott courtyard in Amherst which is where I usually stay since it’s next to campus. Also there is a large screen TV- much larger than is usually found in most hotels
Rec this hotel if flying out of Hartford - especially for those early am flights.

I stayed overnight and what i mostly enjoyed was the comfort of the bed and bedding. The property was very clean, smelled beautifully in the libby but in the hallways on my floor smelled stronhly of chemical, might have been cleaning chemical. My disappointment was or concern was the thinness of the walls. My cousin and I were banged at onthe ajoining wall just by having a normal conversation at 1am after getting back from a function.

The power went out and went on and off. Management only replied that it wasn’t their fault. I asked for a comp breakfast the next day but they rudely said they couldn’t do that
