Hilton Woking

An amazing hotel, blown away, we stayed in one of the suites with the biggest bed I have ever seen! Drinks in the Loft Sky bar, the cocktails are fantastic and topped off with amazing views, dinner was fantastic with an incredible view. All the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Special Mention to Paul, Special guest relations manger, and of course Akos who made our stay incredibly special, nothing was too much trouble. We will be coming back to work our way through the rest of the cocktail menu

On arrival, great welcome to a new and stylish, clean hotel Nice room with a lovely view . The food is excellent. I went to the Oxbo restaurant, and customer service is 5 star . Great customer service from Conor. Booked again ,a big thanks to Paul for his hospitality and great stay . Also many thanks to Amelia for her kindness and great customer service

What a Stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived nothing was to much trouble for Paul the Reception Manager and his colleague. We were upgraded to an amazing room on the 19th floor with great views. Enjoyed drinks at Loft sky Bar and watched the beautiful skyline from the 22nd Floor. We will be returning to enjoy this hotel in the future and highly recommend a stay at this modern stylish hotel with incredible views and great Team members Thank you for your Hospitality.

It's a brand new hotel but the quality of the hotel was such that any teething problems aren't worth mentioning. Paul and Emma are great assets. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything works. The location is great if you like shopping as the hotel is part of the mall. The train station is about a 5/7 min walk so also handy for Central London. Best hotel in Woking.

The costumer service at hotel is amazing . Kanu the front desk concierge was very friendly, professional and kind. I will referred this hotel to anyone . The experience I have every time to the hotel I get treat it with courtesy and respect . I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kanu at the concierge desk, and I can confidently say he’s one of the most professional and genuinely helpful individuals I’ve come across. From the moment I approached the desk, Kanu greeted me with a warm smile and a calm, welcoming presence that instantly made me feel at ease. He handled my inquiry with patience, attention to detail, and clear communication, ensuring that I had all the information I needed without ever making me feel rushed. What truly stood out was Kanu’s willingness to go above and beyond—he didn’t just give directions or suggestions, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored his assistance accordingly. Whether it was helping with bookings, local recommendations, or just a friendly chat, Kanu showed genuine care and dedication to his role. It’s rare to find someone who not only performs their job well but also brings such a high level of professionalism and warmth to their interactions. This has to be one of the best Hilton’s we have stayed at so far. Very attentive service, smart and modern facilities throughout the hotel. Views amazing from the 21/22 floors. Rooms spacious and clean again with great views. Executive lounge in the temporary area was perfect and Abigail our host was hardworking and friendly. Breakfast /Dinner choice very good and quality products. Looking forward to maybe another visit when the lounge opens on the 22nd floor. Easy access to London on the train. Thanks for a great stay
