One of the better Premier Inns. Stay here regularly on business and have done for many years. Tara is a great asset, always helpful, and no problem is too small. Many of our clients stay as well, so would have no problem recommending. Great location, good free car park.

Great stay here again for four nights, and so welcomed by the staff. I find everyone so helpful, especially Tara , who even remembered my last visit several years ago. Thank you all for your help, consideration for my reduced mobility Rooms always nice and clean and get a good nights sleep. Love my breakfast in the old barn too. which I remember as a house many years ago

Helpful staff who were readily available despite a late arrival. The usual good quality and well appointed rooms - although some of the common areas would benefit from a more thorough clean. Good choice at breakfast - continental and cooked. It’s a large hotel comprising several separate accommodation blocks. The car park is not well lit or signposted making a night time arrival a voyage of discovery to find suitable parking and then the reception in the dark….

Very basic room cleans, however this is not very good. The toilet was clean inside but the outside was covered in stains, the carpet needs a good clean difficult to see the pattern with the amount of walked in grime. Sink took an ages to empty. Will not stay here again

The reception staff seem to spend most of thier time moaning about thier line manager rather than help customers out. The breakfast restaurant had one chef and one server. A customer left after waiting 1 1/2 hours because they had to send back thier cooked breakfast, as it wasn't up to standard. I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns over the years, but this one was the worst. I understand there is going to be some alterations done soon . Lets hope it's for the better

The worst reception we have ever had. She was rude, unfriendly and never gave any information. We were not asked if we had stayed before, given no information about the restaurant even though it is under renovation and seemed unhappy in her job. The Premier is like most Premiers these days in that its best days are behind it. As soon as I walked in the room my allergies started and there is an obvious need for a deep clean. The TV has wires exposed (and was left on when we arrived) and the internet is so painfully slow that it is not worth having.

The bathroom reeked of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. On top of that, every single movement from upstairs could be heard clearly. Trying to have an early night was impossible, as children were jumping up and down non-stop for hours. It felt like mini elephants were about to crash through the ceiling at any moment. The only nice part of this hotel was that the ladies that work there are super lovely.
