We stayed here for 1 night while we visited Thorpe Park. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good although it did take a while for our cooked breakfast to arrive. Thorpe Park is around 15 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay again.

So, we spent the first week of our stay in the UK here and then the last two weeks. On arrival our reception was very welcoming. Tara was so helpful during our stay and Rochelle was great in the restaurant next door. We hope that familiar faces will be there on our next stay.

Chef was great, with 2 in the kitchen and a busy restaurant, the food was excellent. Rochelle & Katie ran the front of house extremely well. For 2 members of staff to deal with this volume of customers was exceptional. Twenty one characters extra for the minimum 😁👍

Dumbfounded as to why the chain has started to close adjacent "Public Houses" to the public, rendering the establishments soulless. Also transferred to a bland minimal generic menu that reduces choice and quality to regular business users like myself and our employees.

Premierinn seem to be deliberately trying to lose customers with their new policy of not using existing pubs/restaurants and turning them all into generic slop factories. I’ve stayed in this hotel for years when in the area for business primarily as it has a beefeater next door and I like their steaks and the fact I could pop in just for a drink. Today the beefeater is no more and its doors are locked until it opens for food at 18:00 so can’t even sit in there with colleagues and just chat. Ridiculous.

We stayed one night at Woking West premier Inn while visiting family. When we arrived my wife was unwell so we just wanted to get into a room so she could rest. The room was a disabled access room with a wet floor shower room. The shower was very mouldy and needed a really good clean. The drain on the Shower's seal was breaking away and the soap dispenser was rusty. I felt unclean after using the shower. The whole hotel looks in need of a revamp. I can honestly say after years of staying in Premier Inns quite happily this room was very disappointing. The staff at reception and the restaurant were really nice but on paying for breakfast as we were leaving my complaint was met with we'll have to sort that. Not much use when we were leaving really. We've been offered a partial refund which is at least something but I will now be looking at other options before automatically booking with Premier Inn again. More

Hotel has seen better days - room was clean but a bit scruffy and cramped. Smelt musty. The pub next door had been a Beefeater until recently and only open to Premier Inn guests. Breakfast was nice but sticky tables and plastic menus. Easy to walk to nicer pubs and restaurants nearby. We loved the Red Lion and Versova.
