Majestic M Suites are our go to every time we are in Adelaide. The quality of service, room cleanliness and comfort make this arguably the best accommodation venue in Adelaide. An added bonus is the secure underground carpark . Quality eateries are only a short stroll making it a well located.

The property is conveniently located on the North Terrace among the campus of University of South Australia. Hotel parking was limited but it was not a problem of us as we were mostly out early in the morning for sightseeing and only back after dinner. Hence we parked our car along Liverpool St which offered free overnight parking. The Oval, Railway Station and Rundle Mall are all a few minutes walk away. We were given a corner room on the 2nd floor which was HUGE. The room was slightly dated but it was clean and functional.

The hotel is clean and quiet. It is a rare garden-style low-density apartment complex with a garden. There are large city parks around and the environment is good. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook your own food. The living room and dining room are also spacious and suitable for families with children. The only thing that is lacking is that there are no supermarkets, convenience stores, etc., and it is not convenient when you need to buy things temporarily. Overall worth recommending, cost-effective.

I booked room 29 the “Executive Suite” this is beautiful accommodation, under different circumstances it would be perfect for a holiday stay, but we were there to be close to family member in hospital. Back to the review, even though we didn’t make full use of it the suite is very nicely furnished, the beds are oh so comfy and the kitchen family has everything you could possibly want with a full kitchen and a huge couch to laze around. Go there you won’t be disappointed. My one and only negative is parking can be tricky.

The room is very comfortable and beautifully finished. The blinds automatically open and the tv turns on when you first step into the room which is pretty cool. The bed was very comfy and the rain head shower was also wonderful. Service was excellent! We enjoyed a small upgrade and a complimentary bottle of bubbles with a hand written note as it was our anniversary - a lovely touch. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the hotel make for a good view no matter where you are. The view of the oval from the bar/restaurant is quite nice while we enjoyed a drink or 2. We'll be back!

The hotel seems to have just been opened two years ago, and the decoration is very new and modern. The sound insulation is not very good, people passing by the door can be heard very clearly. I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and gym, so I don't know how it was. The service at the front desk is very friendly. Overall, the price/performance ratio is the best choice.

Have stayed in Adelaide many times for both business and holiday, and this hotel now will be my first choice. Great rooms and facilities, views, location, parking . Hotel restaurants are the best and great staff who are all friendly and go out of their way to help. You just dont get all that these days. Well done to all.

March 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. It was clean and tidy. The shower water was very hot and comfortable. The front desk service was patient and gave each person a free drink along with the room card. The window is sealed and cannot be opened.
