Eh.... The mattress was not very firm, big depression in the middle. My feet were black and very dirty after walking around in the carpet.In need of updating.

Worst hotel in America Awful service, terrible management, poor service from the start. The room was dirty. My daughter found a snuff can that had nicotine pouches. She thought it was complimentary gum or mints as it was sitting by the tea bags and coffee. She got sick from that. Carbon monoxide alarms were going off for hours. Was originally told it was just a malfunction. Had the fire department come out, and surprise. It wasn’t a malfunction. Ended up getting carbon monoxide poisoning. Owner is a joke. He denied any problems. Admittedly said he “was sure there is bugs” and denied any resolutions for me and my family. He also told me I’m not welcome there any longer. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owner was not only dismissive, but insulting and aggressive. Not once did he apologize or take fault for any of the issues. Upon leaving he had illegals cutting out drywall throughout the hotel. Why?— to fix the carbon monoxide issue. That was denied.

Kayla was great and provided great customer service. Breakfast was good and gym was good. Room however was a bit musty, clammy and stuffy. Carpet almost seemed sticky. Shower was great, tv and amenities were good.

Terrible breakfast. All juices and milk were terrible. Oranges had mold. I called in day before on status of hot tub and was told it was in working condition. It was not working. Will not stay there again and I do not recommend it.

Soon as the doors opened to the main entrance i smelled how it was freshly cleaned. The presentation of the room was magnificent, cool tempature, and I am really impressed for my first visit 😁

Baseball family There were no towels in the fitness center and there was a dead water bug on the ground if the fitness center, other than that it was GREAT for what we needed. The bathtub area may need to be checked, the caulk is missing, the faucet leaked and there was some discoloration above the bathtub. It wasn’t unsightly, was very clean but don’t want there to be issues later.

Okay Room was fine, beds were fine. Bathroom had leaky water faucets, pooling water which may have been invitation to the roaches we saw.
