An absolute nightmare to find and check in ! $200 “security deposit “ that they hold onto for so long is boarder line criminal . It’s more than the cost of the studio ! No sofa. I won’t be returning

Hygiene is average! What makes me most disgusted is that there are a lot of women’s hair on the sheets and in the washing machine 🤮 But just go in and out with security

The rooftop pool was absolutely wonderful, will book again for that. Fooderies were great and close by.

Honestly, the doors thing is super annoying. I work for a software company but I am not really comfortable having no front desk staff and needing my phone as a door key. If this trip is inc your mum or grandparents, I'd go elsewhere. I got stuck outside my room on the first night because the phone key didn't work for some reason (had to call a helpline).

Great place to stay and plenty of restaurants and grocery store at hand. Bus’s right outside with great links and service into city and out. Definitely will book again next time we visit Australia.

This was an amazing property with friendly people near by, the amenities were amazing and you had everything that you could need.

No reception at hotel so all over emails and apps. Needed to enter a code to enter lobby and to get lift to floor. keypad in lift was so low hard to do. We had family from overseas and they didn’t have phones so hard to get into rooms with the door entry app. Rooms were dusty .

After a little of trying to get in, finally figured it out and got to the room. Room was nice, good size, did pay for 2 beds and was a little not happy to find out it was just a cot as the second bed, the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but overall, would book with them again

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this vibrant new precinct. You hardly need to use your car as everything you need is right there on the property. Great food options, shopping, a cinema and on these hot days the rooftop pool is just divine. The room itself was on the small side but was great to also have a balcony to get some fresh air. Everything is new and modern and once we figured out the access system, it couldn't be easier. First rate communication with management too. 100% recommend.

Had a good time relaxing here. The pool area was amazing. The sunset was beautiful
