The entire staff were quite attentive and warm. This was especially the case for  employee #000, whole provided service that went above and beyond. Whatever I needed for the night was provided; including food from a nearby restaurant. I am especially for her and the others that made our stay most hospitable.

Very good experience. The room is spacious and clean and it also has free self service laundry room and dryer. Super convienient.

The hotel has convenient parking, free parking, good front desk service, enthusiastic and efficient, basically responsive, and very satisfied with the stay. The parent-child room is nice, on a high floor with a good view. The large south-facing room has a great view of the Ferris wheel light show at night. Another good thing is that it is child-friendly, the small stools and small toilets are very practical, and the children's toothbrush is very cute. The panda elements all over the room are very cute and the children like them very much. There are also problems. The breakfast is relatively simple. The room was nice, the facilities were very clean, the TV was swivel and there was a small blackboard on the back, so you can write and draw if you bring your kids. The breakfast was also very rich. There were two shortcomings, the bathtub was filled with water and there was something like mud and sand in the pool, and the wontons in the breakfast were not tasty.
