The resort environment is excellent, with lush greenery and birds singing, making it feel like Southeast Asia. The room and bed are also very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The best part is the service; every staff member is warm, friendly, and proactive in offering help. There are coolers filled with bottled water for guests at all the shuttle bus stops within the park. Rajadurai at the main entrance greeted us warmly, and even after we checked out, he helped us arrange a car to Abu Dhabi. Overall, a five-star rating!

Chose this hotel for Legoland, and the breakfast was quite good. The overall hotel environment leans towards a resort style. They claimed the outdoor pool was heated, but the temperature was completely off; it was freezing. The staff were all smiles, and the room size was quite generous. The tickets genuinely come with a certain number of theme park passes for each night stayed, but besides Legoland and Legoland Water Park, the others probably aren't that appealing.

Everything about this hotel is great, and the staff's attitude is particularly good. They provide theme park tickets based on the number of guests and days of stay, which is very convenient.

Absolutely beautiful resort, I loved both the room and the grounds.

This king-sized room might seem expensive at first, but it's actually incredible value. For our family of three, it essentially gives us a theme park experience for a whole day. Each of us gets a ticket worth 600 RMB, yet the entire hotel stay only cost 2200 RMB. You can choose from four different parks, and they're all fantastic – my child is already begging to go back! The resort also has a swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash area for kids, a football field, and various other recreational facilities. The hotel food is delicious, and you can even feed fish on your way to breakfast. There are a lot of Europeans and Americans at this resort, and not many Chinese, but I really, really recommend it – it's absolutely perfect.

On arrival they could not find my booking, and i had to wait for sometime then it was found Early morning bad smell comes from the outside due to plant watering Other than that all was perfect Kids club team and dinner buffet at 4 floor was delicious Breakfast at g floor was average

This was truly the worst check-in experience I've ever had. We arrived at 3 AM, and first off, the room type was wrong. We booked a twin room, but there was only one bed, and they claimed it was a 'free upgrade.' We insisted on changing rooms, and in the middle of the night, they moved us to another room. It did have two beds, but no fridge and no pool view. It was also right next to the elevator and the main entrance, so it was incredibly noisy from morning till night. The next day, we were out exploring all day and returned to the hotel very late, only to find our room card wouldn't open the door. We had to walk all the way to the lobby to get a new key, then back to the room, but it still didn't work! So, back to the lobby again! This resort is huge, and walking back and forth from the room to the lobby three times absolutely exhausted us, especially after being tired all day. We complained to the manager about all these issues, but all we got was an apology and an offer of a complimentary dinner or dessert. By then, it was past 9 PM; who isn't already fed and ready for bed? Do we really care about a free meal? It was beyond frustrating! The food was also terrible! Restaurant management and service were equally poor! We understand that it's peak season and prices would be higher, but we never expected such basic service to be completely botched. It was awful, awful, awful. Don't book this place!

It was a good stay with plenty of options to relax and unwind. The location is convenient, especially being close to Dubai Theme Parks, and the complimentary park access was a great bonus. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout the stay.

My room was spacious, and the bed and bathroom were large and well laid out. The restaurant and gym are great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

My kids enjoy during our stay . We book at lapita to celebrate my mom's birthday. Over all from food, ambiance ,room and service is top notch 👌

It is amazing hotel.. very friendly staff and everything is excellent for families and for kids there so much fun activities for kids. We really had an amazing time and looking forward for next time .. thanks Lapita

Apart from stay we relaxed with multiple other entertainment like Souna, theme parks.

My first very good impression of the resort was the welcome at the door by the staff and things got even better at the check-in, we were welcomed by even a bigger smile by Walé at the reception. We came early before the check-in time but she used her professional and genuine customer service approach to check us in early when she knew that we came from a long trip. I didn't get the same approach from another 5* hotel when I arrived early. Walé's kind assistance set up the mood for an excellent stay. My son and I loved our stay. WONDERFUL ❤️👌🙏

The room is using the wardrobe as a wall to separate the toilet and bedroom, it is a very bad design as the sound. We can walk in the wardrobe and get in the toilet. The noise from the toilet can be heard clearly in bedroom. The bed sheet is torn and the room service is slow. In addition, Roger (Executive Chef) is affectation, he is not friendly to the kids and Asians. He should stay in the kitchen but not at front desk.
