Got free upgrade to bigger room with late check-out. The room was spacious but the hot water didn’t work. The location was good given that we went there to join the festival. Breakfast and other amenities were standard.

On the positive side it was clean. On the negative side I was given a room where the air-conditioning did not work. After complaining instead of being given a new room they wasted hours trying to fix it with an engineer and test it, with me inside it. Eventually they decided to give me another room. The hallways and lobby are far too hot and appear to have no air-conditioning switched on.(To save money?) There is only one channel on the TV (it was in English) but no other channels. It was a very poor picture. The wifi kept failing.The bed pillows are rock hard. The shower water alternates between warm and cold, and cannot keep constant. There is no free water bottle, you have to use a water machine down the hallway. There are no other expected things like Toothbrush, Comb etc that you get in other hotels in this region. Just the bare minimum. I have been to many Ibis hotels before, and this is the worst by far, and was shocked how bad it was.

2nd stay in this hotel and allocate to same room as 1st stay.

Great stay! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Perfect location, close to attractions. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience!

The location is great, the room was very tiny. Not very happy with the service. I checked out and forgot some fruits and my wooden hair brush there. Went back and the fruits were gone which is understandable, but so was the hair brush. Basically no lost and found. Finders keeper on the spot. Be careful when packing your stuff.

Service was not good enough

I couldn't sleep at all 😔 It was super noisy due to a construction near the hotel.

Good place in town for travelers are on budget with hotel. I would recommend this hotel for tourist with Modern facilities.

The place bear Naga ******. Its new. But suggest to remind housekeeping to do daily clening work. As our first 2 day stays seems missed out the cleaning until we requested.

Clean hotel value for money

No management. No clue about hospitality. Gym is minimal. Only 4 suntanning beds total for all customers. Chinese owned place. Mattresses has sharp wires. There was blood in the "clean" sheets. Not worth it.
