Money stolen from my bag in my room. Camera footage missing from when we left the room for 40mins. All other footage available apart from the 40mins we were not in the room and handbag was left in the room. Manager did not bother to contact us regarding the situation after saying would investigate. Never happened at any other hotel. Staff at breakfast were helpful and nice. 1 star given due to theft at the hotel and no communication, make you wonder who will have been part of it.

I m really satisfied with their service..a big thankful to a ladies in the counter can't remember her name..very helpful. location superb.i m on wheelchair the elevator just fit enough and can go to until terrace. from the terrace can see blue mosque n haghia sophia..lreally recommend. we will stay again after back from Cappadocia.

It was the best stay experience with Turkish kindness . My room was changed because of facility problem. New room was also great & receptionist show what Turkish kindness and concerns Very friendly and sincerely concerns my worry. Perfect hotelier professional! Breakfast buffet on 6th floor was magnificent with 360 view from ocean, Aya Sofia and sultan Ahmet Camii Best sty experience ever I really appreciate this

The staff were extremely helpful, and they upgraded my room to deluxe free of charge, which has very pleasant view of Blue mosque and Aya Safiya, definitely i will do booking again in this hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of items were arranged. very happy. thanks MUHAMMAD

The best hotel

The room was clean, the breakfast was rich, the balcony had a beautiful view, and you could directly see the Hagia Sophia, which was suitable for taking photos. The only drawback was that the hotel front desk did not inform us that the marathon in the old city that day caused the road closure. This seems to be what should be done.

This was a very unpleasant stay First of all, the ordinary room I booked was extremely poor, like an old small hotel in the 90s, broken Secondly, there is nothing broken for breakfast (you can see the scenery) Again, I made up the price difference and lived in a deluxe room, and the price difference is not the price of Ctrip, but the difference of the original price in the store. Three nights, I made up 220 US dollars. Finally, the elevator is extremely scary But the location is good, in downtown Wherever you go, walking is like not taking a taxi

The hotel with the most ideal location for Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. If you go by car, the hot drinks and slippers in the room next to the hotel are 95 TL per night. The hot drinks in the room are not renewed after cleaning, we stayed with the same slippers for 3 days. The breakfast is known to be slightly improved, but the view from the terrace on the 6th floor is wonderful. Sultanahmet Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus breakfast was superb.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque, which is very convenient. The front desk staff provided very good service and gave us a free room upgrade. We stayed for 30 consecutive days. The breakfast was also very rich. It was on the rooftop of the hotel. You could also have breakfast while watching the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was also very quiet, and overall it was very good. Later, when we got sick, the front desk staff even helped us find medicine to take. They also cared about our condition when we met, which was very warm. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Istanbul.

Hotel location is very good! Breakfast was great too! Booking a car or buying a phone card at the hotel will be much more expensive than outside.

I really like this hotel. It's next to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. The breakfast on the roof is breathtakingly beautiful. The cabin is small but very cozy! Share a few outdoor views on the top floor of the hotel and the hotel's Vietnamese rice noodles!
