"First time stay , and was very successful the room, bed , shower / bathroom were all on point. We ate in the pub downstairs as well , food was average , fish & chips . Was all slightly over cooked, which was disappointing, but not a surprise. Food is only as good as the person cooking it, so be it frozen , fresh the attention to detail is on the chef/ cook . Didn't take away from the room though or the stay ."

"Tired and dreary,most definitely needs painting ,outside and corridors inside need attention drastically,lift is months or possibly years out of action,but rooms are clean and bed linen spotless,Peter and Mia in reception are literally saving this place with their great welcome and nothing to much for customer attitude,I stay here roughly every 8/9 weeks and find it most definitely the best for value"

"I had a pleasant stay. My room was clean and large enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair. I couldn’t book a room with a shower as there were now available. I’ve added pictures of the bathroom. I was pleased that there was an alarm next to the bed. I was disappointed that the lift was broken at the front so I had to go through the back entrance. The pavement camber was tricky in places. Staff were helpful, apologetic, and helpful. The room cost me more than I had planned to spend as I had to book Premier Inn quite late due to a competitor hotel also experiencing a broken lift!"

"Arrived to be told that £30 extra taken from my account due to 3 people and small dog visiting. This was detailed on my search when booking and as you can see from your request for a review it it addressed to Andrew, Kat and Anabel (2 parents and nine year old daughter), hence us booking a family room. On arrival we were also informed of a party taking place in the building adjoining our room. Very noisy and little sleep for my wife's birthday night away. Nice farm in good location. Awaiting refund for my daughter who was always visiting the family room."
