Moxy Bristol

Amazing stay as always, amazing staff especially Will, Great free cocktail, comfy room, great facilities, staff remember our room preferences which is bonus our favourite place to stay!

I stayed at Moxy for 2 days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The hotel is currently under construction, which blocks the window view entirely. This took away from the atmosphere and comfort I was hoping for during my stay. The standard room and bathroom were quite small, and the overall condition of the room seemed worn. The carpet appeared old and faded in some areas, and the general cleanliness could be improved to meet higher standards. Another small but important point – there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic facility many hotels usually offer. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I believe the hotel could benefit from some updates and better preparation during the renovation period. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or those looking for a relaxing stay at the moment, but hope it improves in the future once construction is completed. Let me know if you’d like to add anything about staff service, location, or value for money.

Love the urban chic style. Gym superb, lounge and breakfast areas very nice place to chill.1 less star for location as It a bit further out than the centre and uni areas.

Had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating . Thankyou to Jane who made our check in easy. Plenty of choice  for breakfast. Hotel was in easy distance of the city centre.

The room looks clean but I was bitten by bed bugs on my neck! The location was good for the purpose of our stay in Bristol and the staff at reception were friendly. Not sure if we stay there again.

Used Moxy hotels before and love the quirky style. The Bristol one is well positioned for all the local amenities and easy access in and out of the city.
