I need a toothbrush too, I don’t understand. I don’t have to pay for it, so I’m extremely unhappy. Check-in at the front desk was quick, but there wasn't even a smile. If it weren't for the nearby hotels, this one would be slightly bigger, otherwise I wouldn't choose this hotel at this price. Everything else was fine, the breakfast was quite satisfactory, I still wish the service attitude was a bit better.

This time I wanted to see the lake view and swim by the way. Before booking, I called the hotel in advance and said that the pool was cleaned and it could be used. When the store suddenly changed the mouth, the pool was broken and under maintenance. There are also black marks on the wall of the room, the projector is broken, the whole is crooked and can't be used, tied with a plastic rope. When the automatic toilet flushes the bathroom, it will splash water on the toilet seat. The only four-star is the scenery and good location close to the lake. The service of the homestay is a little service. The front desk asks three questions.
