"I have to take this opportunity to complain. Their service was like I owed them something; it felt like I was being treated like royalty (since the hotel is their territory). The uncertainty of my business trip meant I needed to extend my stay by one night. I called the front desk that evening to ask if I should pay now or the next morning. They said it was the same, but the price on the phone was 221, and the next day at the front desk it was 294, saying the price was different. I explained the phone conversation, and the receptionist questioned me for ages and recommended I get a membership card for a cheaper price. They didn't acknowledge the phone conversation from the previous day. I was in a rush, so I paid quickly, not because it was a few dollars more, but because of their lack of integrity. My business trip was too long; I left early and came back late every day, so I didn't have time to change hotels. If I had any time, I would have changed hotels immediately."

"A great stay, I feel like Conch is losing money to do business😂😂 It is very cost-effective. The room is large and on a high floor, so it will be very comfortable to stay. There is a separate cloakroom, the bathroom is also large, and there are showers and bathtubs. The breakfast variety is OK and the taste is good. The hotel's gym is fully equipped, from table tennis to billiards to basketball, yoga room, boxing room and various fitness equipment are available. The venue is also large, and the swimming pool is the largest and most standardized indoor swimming pool in the hotel. I arrived late and there was only one girl at the front desk. She still gave me a strange room type according to my request, which was not the tail room, corner room, etc. Her attitude was also very good and I was very satisfied. Hotel has 2 restaurants (did not use it, as well eat in the food-street). Rooms are huge and modern equiped.Aircondition worked well.It was running already when I arrived at the room. :) Can recommend the hotel."
