"This is the first time I've ever given a hotel such a poor rating. The service is absolutely unprofessional! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond and IHG veteran, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! First, the hotel is considered one of the best five-star hotels in the area, but when we pulled up to the entrance, their doorman just stood by the car and didn't open the door, let alone offer to unload our luggage. I was surprised! But the doorman looked quite old, so I felt embarrassed to ask for anything. Second, I ordered takeout from the hotel, and no one called to let me know it took a long time to arrive. I called the delivery driver, and he said he delivered it to the front desk and told me my room number, and they said they would contact me. Setting aside the delivery driver's responsibility, didn't the front desk staff have an obligation to call me? My room number was already written there. Third, this was the most disheartening experience for me. On my last day, after checking out, they refunded my pre-authorized deposit, but I was short 80 yuan. I called back to inquire about the drinks I'd ordered from the bar. I immediately said, "I won't have them." The waiter was very rude, saying, "Oh, we made a mistake. We'll refund you later. Sorry!" Well, how quick was that? I waited over a week! I then called Ctrip to complain, and they only refunded me three days after I complained! You can imagine how awful this was! I won't say anything else. Everyone can make their own choice. At this price, there are other more worthwhile hotels in the area. I'm here to help everyone avoid this!"

When I asked the front desk, it was the TV's router, but it turned out the TV also needed to be set up and wouldn't work. The most ridiculous thing about the shower room was that the shower head couldn't be adjusted in height or direction; you could only hold it by hand to rinse. Cleanliness: The room was very dusty, even the floor-to-ceiling windows in the river-view room were covered in dust. The river view was very average and didn't match the photos in the hotel reviews at all. It felt like I bought a good review. Service: The young man at the front desk was okay; he helped bring breakfast to the room, and since traveling with a baby was inconvenient, he also gave us several extra bottles of mineral water. The female front desk staff were very rude; after check-out, she even questioned me about whether I had taken the room key... What can we do with a room key? Haha. Overall, in Wuhu, a room priced at 1200 yuan per night is absolutely not worth staying at! It's a purely gimmicky, trendy hotel! Even with the air conditioning off, the room temperature was still very high; it seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working. The most annoying thing was the loud banging of the door early in the morning, which woke me up several times. The soundproofing is terrible. If a hotel can't even guarantee a good night's sleep, I won't consider staying there again."

"I reached for my breakfast burger and saw an ant crawl into the one on the right! It scared me so much I stopped eating any snacks. I went to make a bowl of wontons, and the lady at the noodle stall kept a cold face the whole time. When she finished, she pushed the bowl aside and said, "Here you go." The room was sparsely furnished: a few steel pipes suspended two veneered multi-layer boards. The floor creaked when I stepped on it. A guest was using the gym with their child next door, and a young male administrator was outside, angrily shouting, "Who let the kids in? Kids can't go in!" The staff at this hotel are administrators, not waiters."
