"Come to the squirrel town again, the overall experience is mostly very good: the front desk check-in service is intimate, the room environment is comfortable, the park play items are also very interesting, we have always liked it here. But this time in a play project experience, the service attitude of the equipment operator in charge was very bad. We are not familiar with the seat belt system, because we are not familiar with the brother is slow... The staff tone is blunt, shouting and drinking, and there is no patience to guide. When we questioned, the other party was arrogant, and told ”you go and complain” directly. Complain to you... We suspect that the employee did not receive a complete standard pre-service training, and lacked basic service awareness. It was a very pleasant trip, because the experience of this event was greatly reduced, this may be our last visit to Squirrel Town."
