"The hotel is located on the pedestrian street in the city center. There is an underground parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot and the hotel entrance are very narrow. The facilities are relatively new. I don't know if it's the hotel's aromatherapy or something else, but the walkway and the room have a strong and unpleasant smell. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry room. It was a bit late to use them. We had to queue for a long time. Several old ladies with low quality took more than an hour to wash clothes, which made many people behind us wait. Other surroundings and facilities are very good. It's convenient to travel around, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to attractions. You can take the light rail in more than ten minutes' walk. The only thing that makes me most uncomfortable is that there is only one room card. If you go out to buy things or do laundry, etc., and your family stays in the room, you have to go downstairs to find the front desk to help swipe the card, which is too troublesome. Moreover, this hotel has several hotels in one building, and the elevator is used too frequently, which makes me tired of waiting. The front desk was unwilling to provide a secondary card. I had to swipe the card when I washed and dried clothes, went downstairs to get something I bought, and took something out of the car. It was really annoying. Every time there was someone at the front desk asking questions, there were too many people at the elevator door. When the elevator arrived, the front desk was still busy serving guests. When I was done, the elevator was gone. It was a really bad experience. Later, I couldn't do laundry or go back to the room, so I had to take the stairs. It really ruined my impression."
