"As expected of a four-star hotel with official national star certification, the service is absolutely amazing! When we checked in in the afternoon, the room the front desk gave us at first was not satisfactory because we could not see any exterior view due to the building itself. So we went back to the front desk to negotiate. We were originally going to cancel the order and find a new hotel, but the front desk guy upgraded us to a deluxe room for free without saying a word. What was even more surprising was that my family happened to have a birthday that day. When we went out to play for a while and returned to the room at night, there was a big birthday cake and a greeting card on the table! Some of our other requests were also met, and the room service staff were very friendly! A pleasant hotel experience!
In addition, the hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop at the door, and only 10 minutes away from Wuhu Railway Station and the nearest light rail station, making it very convenient to travel! I sincerely recommend it!"

XXiaoaiMama週六看蕪湖南站海螺和繁昌區五星級選了這家（除了二個差評）來親自體驗，第一個可能開業才半年，確實有味道，第二個差評，房間進門右手裝鏡子很正常）晚上9點入住，小桂全程接待笑臉相迎還給送了三衹松鼠小零食，給了1717最高樓層半圓形的走廊，燈也很好看，小朋友有鼻炎説味道太重，又給換了1517，我們把大門和窗户打開十分鐘，空調25℃大風，完美解決氣味問題。第二天早上6點可以看到日出🌄餘光，附贈早餐也很棒，餐廳接待熱情菜品豐富。走的時候燕子也很熱情。
設施：除了有味道，缺個泳池其他都不錯
衞生：吃飯大廳的玻璃有水跡沒有擦乾淨
環境：環境很不錯，盛和集團伍總花3.8億投資的，十年前是好而優購物中心，三樓塞納花園佈置場景很適合生日慶典，熊出沒主題。
服務：關於服務一共看到三個笑臉：入住小桂，退房燕子，早餐的接待，其他人一般。打掃衞生的阿姨坐客梯到5層還拿着水桶和拖把，一般在五星級酒店是不允許帶拖把和水桶進客廳的（如果沒有工作電梯當我沒説），餐廳窗户外面有水跡（上圖）擦玻璃的檢查組長要認真一些。
總結：蕪湖300+的五星級，要給五星好評，提出的意見和建議，是誠意滿滿的，希望小朋友爺爺家鄉發展的越來越好！
