As the stay was satisfactory, we stayed another night. There are convenient restaurants nearby, many scenic spots nearby, and a large hospital. Let me talk about some shortcomings. It is not very convenient to drive to the hotel. Only 5 cars can be parked at the entrance of the hotel. There is a parking lot behind, but it is not very convenient to get in and out. It is close to a school and is very congested in the morning, afternoon and evening. As a business hotel, the breakfast is pretty good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very cold. They said that part of the air conditioner is broken. I hope it can be repaired next time I go. I would especially like to mention that the service attitudes of the ladies at the front desk were good, and one lady leader was very proactive in solving problems.

The location is very convenient and there are some problems. The first is a small problem. The toilet in the room has a heavy bad smell and the cleaning is not good enough. The second problem is the big problem. The hotel is in a business building, but the elevator for hotel guests and the elevator for the rest of the office workers in the business building are not separated. Every morning, noon and evening, the three time periods of getting off work, because the office workers on the upper and lower floors, the delivery people, make it very difficult to take the elevator. It takes more than half an hour to go up and down the stairs, which is very inconvenient. I should not live here again next time.

The hotel is very good, clean and tidy, no smell, the room has windows for ventilation, the sound insulation is not bad, the morning and evening are very quiet, the room projection is really clear! Bring your own members, the speed is also fast, the recent fire drama can be found, the bathroom is also a smart toilet, the location is also very good, to the city center or to the high-speed rail station is ten minutes away, the service is also very good! The front desk staff is very professional and will be provided in time if there is a need. I will choose to live here next time I come to Wuhu! !

As expected of a four-star hotel with official national star certification, the service is absolutely amazing! When we checked in in the afternoon, the room the front desk gave us at first was not satisfactory because we could not see any exterior view due to the building itself. So we went back to the front desk to negotiate. We were originally going to cancel the order and find a new hotel, but the front desk guy upgraded us to a deluxe room for free without saying a word. What was even more surprising was that my family happened to have a birthday that day. When we went out to play for a while and returned to the room at night, there was a big birthday cake and a greeting card on the table! Some of our other requests were also met, and the room service staff were very friendly! A pleasant hotel experience! In addition, the hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop at the door, and only 10 minutes away from Wuhu Railway Station and the nearest light rail station, making it very convenient to travel! I sincerely recommend it!

Booked a family room for four. The room is very good, with a reasonable layout and a large area. There is a bed outside and a bed inside, both equipped with a TV. The service attitude is very good, and the front desk will respond to any requests when calling. The experience is very good!

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the entrance of the West Square of Wuhu Station, with a bus stop at the door and not far from Metro Line 1. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs and free parking for self-driving. It is very convenient to Zheshan Park and Jinghu Lake. The room is large, with dry and wet separation, and the hotel also has an uninterruptible power supply.

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️ The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.

Near to Wamda and Wuhu Train station. It is accessible to places and very convenient transpo if using Didi. The receptionists are friendly and considerate given that we arrived earlier before our check-in time. The hotel is clean and cozy however the hotel towels are old and torn. In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Nothing to eat better. 😢 Hope you could serve better food next time. To sum it up, we are satisfied on our stay in the hotel. ❤️
