Starway Hotel (Chaka Salt Lake)

This time when visiting Chaka, staying at the Starway Hotel was a big surprise of the trip! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area! As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is full of atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, she not only patiently introduced me to the breakfast and laundry room, but also kindly reminded me of the best time to visit the scenic area. Entering the room is even more satisfying. The layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the hygiene is also very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toiletries are of good quality, and it is also thoughtfully equipped with a humidifier, which effectively alleviates the dryness of the plateau. What touched me most was the service details of the hotel. The breakfast has a rich variety, including both special Northwestern cuisine and light porridge to meet different tastes. Every moment in the Chaka Starway Hotel is very comfortable. I will choose to stay here next time I come here. I highly recommend it to everyone!

It’s understandable that it’s busy during May Day, but the hotel is really poor. 1. There was only one person handling the matter when entering, and a lot of people were queuing up. 2. After finally completing the application, the key cards for the two rooms at home cannot be swiped to open the door, and I have to go back and enter again. 3. After finally swiping in, I found that the entire sink had fallen down. 4. The room I changed was not only a standard room (it was originally a double room), but it was also super smelly. It felt like someone had just used the toilet in it. The sink was also very dirty and had obviously not been cleaned. 5.❗️There is no hot water in the entire hotel. We originally planned not to take a shower, but at 11 o'clock, a staff member knocked on the door. There was no response for about 30 seconds and we swiped our card to come in and ask? May I ask? What if I don't have any clothes on? 6. I washed my bangs in the morning and asked where the hair dryer was. I said it was in the drawer but it was empty.

The room was clean and tidy, with a humidifier. The breakfast was delicious, but there was no air conditioning. It was a bit hot and I woke up from the heat... . . . . . . . . .
