The staff were all very welcoming and helpful; the front desk lady even offered to help with my luggage. The whole vibe of this hotel is fantastic, and I'm really impressed. I highly recommend staying here! Oh, and their breakfast has a huge variety of options, many of which were right up my alley. Overall, this hotel is excellent. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!"

"The front desk lady is very cute and the service is thoughtful. The room is unexpectedly clean. I didn't have much hope because the northwest is windy and sandy. The room is also very spacious and there is a small tea room. I like it very much because I had altitude sickness on the day I checked in. The hotel chef also brought me an oxygen concentrator and electric heater. Special thanks!!!"

"The stargazing bubble room experience was absolutely incredible! I have to give it a five-star rating! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the comprehensive and high-quality facilities. The smart air conditioning maintained a precise and comfortable temperature, regardless of the outside weather. The private bathroom was spacious, had a stable 24-hour hot water supply, and the showerhead provided an even spray. The toiletries were also quite good. And that high-end smart astronomical telescope really let me indulge my passion for stargazing, allowing me to easily explore the mysterious universe. Lying in bed at night, I could take in the vast starry sky through the transparent dome – it was a truly breathtaking experience. The cleanliness of the room was also excellent. The bedding was tidy, the linens were white and odorless, and the floor was spotless. The bathroom was also free of any stains or odors, showing how meticulously the staff cleaned. The surroundings of the bubble room were serene and peaceful, with beautiful waterscapes. During the day, I could enjoy the distant salt lake, and the abundant greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, away from city light pollution, looking up revealed a dazzling starry sky; it felt like I could reach out and touch the Milky Way – incredibly romantic. Plus, there were many activities nearby, so I could play all day and then return to the bubble room to rest at night. It was simply perfect. Overall, this stargazing bubble room experience was flawless, and I will definitely be back again!"

It's super easy to get to the Salt Lake to see the 'Mirror of the Sky,' explore the town for food, or head towards Qinghai Lake – no need to worry about transportation at all. Whether you want to spend a whole day capturing stunning reflections at the salt lake or see yaks and sheep on the surrounding grasslands, everything is easily accessible. Your high-altitude trip will feel healing from the moment you arrive. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and promptly answered any questions we had. If you needed to refrigerate anything, you could take it to the front desk, and they'd happily help store it for you to pick up later. The breakfast offered great value for money with a wide variety of options: stir-fries, bread, steamed buns, wontons, and noodles – you name it, they had it. We ate until we were full and satisfied. **A Healing Experience Full of Thoughtful Details** The hotel's attentive service truly enhanced our high-altitude vacation. Luggage storage and quick check-in/check-out allowed us to travel light. The front desk is available 24 hours and is always ready to assist; they can even bring a charger or oxygen tank to your room in the middle of the night. This made our journey so much smoother.
