If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation. They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light. Maybe others experience was good, but not for me."

The hotel parking is very convenient with a large lot right at the entrance. They offer 24-hour hot water, soft bedding, and even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommended!"

"Not satisfied. When checking in, the room was wrong. I said I booked two small beds and one large bed, but the front desk said that this is the standard. We went out to eat, and just as we were finishing our meal, the front desk said it was a mistake... For a hotel that costs over 500 yuan a night, the hair dryer overheated and cut off the power after two minutes... There was no breakfast either. It was just average. Not recommended."

The service here really stands out: the front desk staff are friendly, and upon check-in, you receive yogurt and fruit. You can also rent humidifiers and oxygen concentrators, which is perfect for high-altitude travel. The only downsides are that the facilities are a bit dated, and there was some dust in room corners and under the bed. I hope they improve their deep cleaning efforts in the future."
