房間確實乾淨整潔，主要是領導們服務態度太差了。一進房間老婆站在床邊，孩子後進來直接撲床上去了。床上活動的，下面輪子因服務員太忙忘記鎖上了，導致床把我老婆腳壓傷。打電話給前台，上來個不知道是負責什麼的拿了瓶紅花油來然後就走了。最後太痛了再次打電話，上來了兩個做衞生的阿姨，服務態度特別好，連忙道歉，又給送了雲南白葯噴霧器。
每次出差和旅遊都喜歡住維也納，我也是維也納的會員，但是這次領導層的服務真是太令人失望了，還有前台也是一點笑臉沒有，一副你愛住不住的態度。哎……真是山高皇帝遠啊！

十分嘔心的一間酒店，廁所地上冇事頭髮。打電話到前台要求清潔一下，他給我們換房，到樓上的房間結果比這一餐分餐，上面的房間是同一個單位，廁所會發出下水佢嘅味道，地上的中間就是頭髮。
結果沒有換到房間，走回圓説他找了清潔工來清潔房間，清潔工作態度不是十分好，説那些黑色點是清理不到的，結果我用腳一踢，其中一些黑點。是活動的。反正清潔工最初有些發脾氣，後來發現部份的地方是真的能清潔，他不敢説話，床是舒服的，枕頭也是可以的，可惜清潔方面真的需要再加強加強。酒店的對面就是工地，打開窗簾一看，沒有什麼風景可言。我覺得不值這個價錢，如果有更好的選擇，我下次不會回來。

那些説這裏早飯好的要麼是沒住過好的酒店，要麼就是沒住過這家酒店。早上八點去吃飯，品種很少味道一般，門口也沒人看，隨便進，服務員廚師啥的坐着在聊天，消毒櫃裏的盆子剛洗完上面全是水，在拿食物的時候，一餐廳員工跑過來拿了塊西瓜塞嘴裏。。完全無管理可言。房間衞生間也很小，開門幾乎碰到抽水馬桶，這個價位説不上有什麼好～

位置距離景區相對較遠
停車很方便，一大片停車場
樓下有三個餐廳，但是品質一般，出餐特別慢
邊上有一個超市，老闆人很好，氧氣25一罐
辦理入住就一個櫃枱，效率比較低，初來乍到的高反人衹能排長隊
富氧房的造氧機聲音比較大，安裝在床頭，遭氧效果感知不到，應該裝個室內外對比展示
裝修感覺有年頭了，比如廁所門關不上
晚上洗澡時候發現洗髮水瓶子是空的，大寫的尷尬
所有人員的服務態度都很好

進酒店大廳前台很熱情，進房間後環境特別好，衞生間設計很獨特，設施齊全，床很大，房間安靜舒適。早餐樣品多，豐富。色香味俱全。最主要的是離茶卡鹽湖景區也特別的近，附近有超市。附近還有各種美食。值得推薦👍👍

環境好，服務好，入住的時候服務員看我行李有點多，主動幫我把行李送到房間，很有服務意識，讓人很舒服；早餐也很不錯，這個價位來説性價比真的特別高了，房間面積也很大，維也納的床真的很舒服，住了很多家酒店，維也納的床確實是讓我感覺最舒服的 這邊離茶卡鹽湖很近，不管是過路的還是來茶卡鹽湖玩的，住在這裏都挺方便的，強烈推薦大家來體驗一下ヾ（❀╹◡╹）ﾉﾞ❀~

房間
衞生間及房間地面沒有打掃乾淨，特別是衞生間淋浴室下水道不漏水，打開下水篦子一看都被頭髮和毛絮堵死了，衞生間的毛巾也比較發污，根本不敢用，洗漱用品太簡單，衹有牙刷和梳子，質量也比較差，床品還算乾淨吧，整體感覺酒店三星都勉強，不知道怎麼攜程網評價成為茶卡鹽湖景區排名第一的四星級酒店了?真是名不副實！
