Really have the best stay good location amenities are very good and food is superb. Staff sa kind and accommodating too.

Enjoyed our stay here in Henann Regency. Very convenient! Their food was great. Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again. 🫶🏻

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

The owner of this establishment is very grateful.to his staff and crew specially in the restaurants.. Very accommodating staff from hotel to resto to security very amazing.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Bed and room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the pool en the location of the hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the food and drinks from the hotel itself were not that great and you can get much better food with a better price somewhere else.(the margarita pizza was good though) The breakfast was okay.

Really grand resort, perfect location close to Dmall and the beach chairs are fantastic! There is a fee (350PHP) each time you use the gym which I thought was a bit ridiculous, but the breakfast buffet is great. Buffet dinner is also available at an extra expense.

Super good location. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are great and the buffet breakfast included in the room rate has a lot of options!

2nd time to stay in regency and superb service as usual. Will recommend to friends and families

The coordination at the front desk is lacking. And madilim ang hallway 😅. But overall, nag enjoy naman ang parents ko. Thanks!

Hotel location is excellent because it's easy to find and has beach front. Our room for 4 adults were big and spacious enough. Hotel staffs were friendly and very accomodating. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Babalik-balikan! 🤍Kudos! 👏

I like to commend robert and alfred from breakfast dinning area they are proactive in helping customers. For improvement, I would like to call the attention of Ms Joan in dining area. The approach she had for me is very uncomfortable and intimidating, same with the night guard , but the rest of the stay was amazing!

Wish we didn’t leave henann lagoon. Dust levels were so bad that we sneezed all day Toilet was blocked within the first few hours of arriving cold shower and sink water led to us being sick (coughs and colds) Thin walls - snoring in the next room prevented us from sleeping well while sick from lack of upkeep. Best spa Power outages (only informed of on the 3rd day when we finally couldn’t take it anymore ) : apparently the hotel was having power outages so that’s why they always switch off the water but I believe this is something you inform guests of during check in (even during booking) instead of waiting for a complain and potential sickness resulting from showering with cold water Very unimpressed. Henann Crystal and Henann Lagoon are both excellent hotels. Management should consider asking them how they run their hotels. Wifi switcher on And off Not recommended
