Being right next to the airport shuttle stop is incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, professional, and friendly, showing great attention to detail in every interaction. With its prime location, pristine environment, and thoughtful service, this hotel is an excellent choice for any traveler.

Staying in the oxygen-supplied RV at the Chaka Salt Lake Bubble House Hotel was absolutely delightful! We specifically chose to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the old salt lake, and the RV's location was superb. Just by opening the window, we could see the sky transitioning with the changing light, and the pure white salt flats were painted a warm golden by the dawn. The scenery was both serene and stunning. The altitude is quite high, but thankfully, the in-vehicle oxygen supply system ensured our sleep wasn't affected by a lack of oxygen at all. We slept soundly until morning! The RV was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water, making daily life very convenient. The campsite environment was quiet, and the air was fresh in the morning. The staff even thoughtfully reminded us of the best spots to watch the sunrise. Staying within the scenic area saved us travel time, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the morning beauty of the salt lake. This oxygen-supplied RV is definitely the top choice when visiting Chaka!

This was truly the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Gansu. I brought my elderly family member, who was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness after arriving the previous night. Surprisingly, the receptionist provided constant care and assistance, offering oxygen, upgrading our room, checking my blood oxygen levels, helping with our luggage, and much more. It was incredibly attentive and considerate. The breakfast the next morning was also exceptionally delicious; the steamed buns seemed to be homemade, and the vermicelli soup was amazing. The elderly gentleman in charge of breakfast explained each dish to us, and he was incredibly hospitable. The hotel environment was also top-notch, with a diffused oxygen concentrator and air purifier – a truly perfect experience!

What an unexpected, hidden gem! We arrived after dark and took a look around in the morning. It felt like stepping back in time, absolutely beautiful! The kind of natural environment you rarely see. The surroundings also had a unique, vintage feel. The courtyard house was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a lot of character. We'll definitely be back!

This stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always with a warm smile. Not only that, but their appearance was also outstanding, and their every action exuded professionalism and friendliness, leaving a deep impression. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy transportation, making getting around stress-free. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy, with all necessary amenities. All the staff were enthusiastic, and the front desk lady provided thoughtful service, even pointing out a shortcut for us. Late-night takeout could be delivered directly to the room, and there were so many food options around the hotel that we couldn't decide what to choose – very convenient. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a room with a view, where we could see Chaka Salt Lake, snow-capped mountains, and the green plants in the courtyard from upstairs. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive, the room decor was cozy, and sleeping was very comfortable. The room was also very spacious, allowing for a quiet rest. I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The food was also delicious and varied. The service was impeccable, giving me a warm, home-like feeling. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel is located in the Scenic Area N°1 and not the main tourist area, but the location was still nice, less crowded than the main area and the ticket was even included in the hotel fee. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty and our towels were even wet like they've been used before. Still, the staff was very kind and brought us directly new ones and also helped us with everything else.

Looking at the snowy mountains in the south, the east side is the salt lake scenic spot. The tea card in the Mid-Autumn Festival in April is snowing and you can see the white snowy mountains. The scenery is really beautiful. You can see the distribution center from the hotel window. The room is very large and comfortable. All in all, you have to trust it. It is worth staying.
