This stay was absolutely perfect! As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by how clean everything was – the floors, bathroom, and windowsills were spotless, and there wasn't any strange odor. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were thoughtful enough to tell me about nearby attractions and local snacks. The room had great natural light, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a completely undisturbed night's rest. It's easy to get around from downstairs, and parking is convenient. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. It's suitable for both business trips and vacations. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, just a 10-minute drive from the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. The rooms are equipped with diffuse oxygen supply, which perfectly alleviates altitude sickness – a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a separate wet and dry bathroom offering 24-hour hot water. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk responded promptly and even provided free oxygen and a humidifier, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were gentle and attentive. They even delivered fruit and yogurt to the room, and breakfast was included, which I really enjoyed. It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a gift.

The breakfast table was being cleared away even before the guests left, and the food was quite plentiful, yet they didn't replenish it, making it seem like the guests were beggars. The service was extremely aggressive, like we owed them money. The housekeeping staff were nicer. The facilities were like a hotel from twenty years ago, with only a 22-inch TV.
