半夜一兩點隔壁小孩+大人一起吵鬧，房間隔音太差，根本沒法休息，工作人員也不管，吵了個多小時才消停。

房間環境還行。
不好的地方：1.設備不靈（燈關不了、空調不好調）2.工作人員態度不是很好，説話彎酸。
1.第一天晚上十二點發現燈關不了，根本無法入睡。聯繫工作人員換房間，至少是先解決睡眠問題。工作人員讓我們半夜搬東西，這合理嗎？我們拒絕之後，又説：半夜如果有人要來看房，要把我們叫醒。真的就離譜，原來的房間燈都關不了，哪個客人會去睡？
2.空調開26度都非常冷，關了空調半夜又熱。調高也沒有反應。所以這幾天都是在反覆開關。麻煩檢修一下。
3.工作人員的服務素質需要提升。服務行業最主要的意識都不具備，怎麼做好工作？大家都是出來工作的，都不容易，何必説話陰陽怪氣？找前台是解決問題的，不是來受氣的。請好好溝通！

酒店環境優雅，現代化氣息濃厚。交通十分便利，門口停車寬敞，樓底下購物超市好幾個。房間温馨，整潔明亮，服務人員熱情耐心細心。很不錯的一次入住，遺憾的是拍的照片手誤刪掉了！
