The breakfast is very clean and rich. To talk about the shortcomings, the hotel is next to the viaduct. It is really noisy. Even if you close the windows, you can clearly hear the sounds of cars coming and going. It is more uncomfortable for people like me who sleep lightly. The room is a bit small, and there is a hanger. 總枱小顧非常好，服務認真細緻，有求必應，值得評優秀員工，酒店亮點：有免費的早餐，大堂有免費的現磨咖啡，這是星級酒店都不一定具備的。缺點：酒店離馬路較近，影響休息！房間有點小。其他還好。性價比較高，值得推薦

房間還行，快捷酒店都差不多的，酒店有自己的停車場這點到是不錯，出入非常方便，酒店服務態度瞞好，非常熱心，還免費送了二份早餐，真沒想到酒店的早餐非常不錯，下次來無錫玩還會入住。

設施：房間設施裝備還可以再改善下，牀板厚度可以加軟些，吹風機可以換新的！ 服務：前台服務還不錯…還遇到免費升級大房間和免早餐福利！太好了🥹！走得時候手機落在酒店，前台還找我了！謝謝🙏 環境：環境衞生還行！還有機器人上門幫我送外賣…哈哈😆

酒店很乾凈，早餐豐富，濱江大道離酒店僅3-5百米，早晨吃完早飯出去溜溜景色很美~~酒店距附近景點都很近，一家人住的都很滿意，下次來無錫還住這裏~~

酒店位道路旁，周邊沒有什麼餐廳可吃飯，但酒店提供的早餐很豐盛，能適合大眾需求，酒店房間裝修較舊，但還是可以將就，樓後面有自家停車場。

房間乾淨，新房型確實很新很乾凈。前台態度特別好，工作人員也特別友善，下次還來還訂這家。已經推薦給了朋友們。
