"We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved."

A special shout-out to Caroline at the front desk for her exceptionally warm and friendly attitude, and the housekeeping was very responsive. The cleanliness was spot on. In the evening, they even offered complimentary white fungus soup in the lobby – truly exceptional service! The hotel is conveniently located between the two attractions, making it easy to get around, and there are charging stations right outside."

"好I stayed at Holiday Inn Wuxi Central Station and found the experience to be quite average. Pros: The hotel is located near the train station, which is convenient in theory. Cons: However, access is not as straightforward as expected. From the station, you actually need to walk out and go around to enter the hotel. There is a staff passage that looks more direct, but guests cannot use it unless a staff member happens to be there, which makes it inconvenient. Although you can take the metro to nearby attractions, it still requires additional walking after getting off. In our case, even taxi drivers mentioned that taking the metro directly would have cost about the same, which makes the overall transport experience less efficient than expected. Breakfast looks like it has a wide selection, but the quality is quite average. Choices are limited (for example, only a couple of fruit options), and the setup feels a bit unorganized. Coffee cups were available, but there were no saucers or teaspoons provided, which made the setup feel a bit incomplete. Having stayed in several hotels during this trip, including local Chinese brands, this hotel was less memorable in comparison. Other hotels provided a more impressive overall experience. Overall: A decent option for short stays due to its location, but don’t expect too much in terms of convenience or quality."

"Fantastic hotel, quiet, pet friendly, in the wetland area. Lovely staff, easy communication . We needed early breakfast as we had to attend an event nearby and they open 30 minutes earlier . Great and varied breakfast, fresh juice, ground coffee, plenty of food and good restaurant for lunch and dinner with a nice view. The room was beautiful, clean with a nice terrace along the canal."

"Staying at the Ruffle Hotel felt like being on top of the city. The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the sparkling city lights at night – truly mesmerizing! The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated! There was a large bathtub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The king-sized bed was also a fantastic experience, incredibly comfortable! The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. I felt right at home here; the attention to detail was impeccable, making it the perfect sanctuary during my trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"
