"Extremely satisfied with my stay, the attention to detail truly shows the quality! Service: Elsa upgraded my room during check-in and arranged for a late check-out. The room she helped me choose had an excellent location. The hotel itself is quite large and easy to get lost in, so I really appreciate Elsa escorting me all the way from the front desk to my room, explaining the hotel and nearby attractions along the way. Celia was very efficient during check-out, and my deposit was refunded promptly after I left. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean. Environment: You can directly access Nanchang Street from the hotel's back entrance by swiping your room key. It’s also very close to Wuxi Station, Yuantouzhu, and Huishan Ancient Town by taxi. The location is truly superb. Facilities: The TV in the room is large and supports screen mirroring. The BALMUDA speaker looks great and has excellent sound quality. The room key is a cute fridge magnet, which makes for a nice souvenir. Many thanks to Elsa and Celia for their thoughtful and attentive service. I will definitely choose Indigo Wuxi Qingshan Bridge again on my next visit to Wuxi."

The hotel is conveniently located between the two attractions, making it easy to get around, and there are charging stations right outside."
