The front desk staff proactively arranged a complimentary parking space. The room's internet speed was stable, and there was a small desk, which made working during the trip very convenient. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room and drying facilities, which is perfect for longer stays. The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling location; despite being in the city center's commercial district, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The toiletries were high quality. The public areas were clean and spacious, and the staff were responsive. The transportation is very convenient, with a direct subway line to the train station. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!"

"The hotel boasts stunning views, and getting to Liyuan Garden is super convenient; you can enter through a small gate right across the street. However, after 5 PM, you have to exit through the main gate, and during holidays, Liyuan Garden gets incredibly crowded! The restaurant food is just okay, and breakfast is nothing special either. The sofa in the room can be converted into a 1.5-meter bed by the hotel staff, which is perfect for families with two children! It's a bit far from the city center, but very close to Yuantouzhu."

"Haven't been here in a year! Having adjusted my expectations based on previous stays, I actually found this visit quite good. If this were my first time, especially seeing 'luxury hotel' in the name, my expectations would be high and the actual experience might be disappointing. The mini-bar and complimentary water selection have been upgraded, giving it more of a luxury hotel feel. The quality of the steak at breakfast has also improved. The 'Jiangnan Feast' menu included in the package has been revised and is much better than before Chinese New Year, though the spare ribs are still very sweet. The butler team has also changed; the new staff are friendlier, and the service has significantly improved. Both floors have restrooms, but the one on the first floor was out of hand soap. 😳"

The location is excellent, very convenient for public transport. I didn't take many photos of the room; the facilities aren't exactly new, but then again, it is an older five-star property."

"The stay experience during this short holiday was quite satisfactory. The hotel lobby is designed in a grand style, and the room type was successfully upgraded with membership benefits - the 55-square-meter space is reasonably laid out, and I especially like the bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. Breakfast was also given thoughtfully, the dining area is spacious and bright, with rich choices, and the coffee is also worthy of praise. The swimming pool is operated by a third party, and there are more people at night (especially families with children), but it was almost reserved at noon the next day, and the experience was completely different. The software park is near the hotel, and it is very convenient to take a walk and have a cup of coffee. Overall, it is a good choice for relaxation."

I always stay at Atour when I travel because the quality is consistently reliable, and the breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations."
