It's incredibly convenient for getting to Huishan Ancient Town and Nanchang Street. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and dry throughout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a huge convenience for exploring without being weighed down. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and entertainment super easy. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wuxi!"

"Ever since this hotel has been built I have wanted to stay there. It was supposed to be one of the top hotels in Wuxi. As I have been travelling to Wuxi for over 26 years I decided to treat myself. What a disappointment. The shower gel was empty, It was impossible to get a seat at breakfast and the breakfast room looked like a war zone. It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee due to the sheer size of the people wiating in line. On top of that the staff looked miserable. All in all, it's not worth the money and there are much cheaper and better options in my opinion. I definitely will not be staying again. One really good thing though, was the view from my room."

"Our room was upgraded to a lovely blue and white porcelain themed room, which was also very spacious. We stayed for two nights. The first night we watched a performance, the second day we visited the Grand Buddha, and on the third morning, we did some more sightseeing before heading back – it was perfectly timed. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options, and once you've explored Nianhua Bay, there's not much else to do. The hotel service was quite good, and the breakfast selection was ample."

"This newly opened Indigo Hotel in Wuxi truly exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a big shout-out! First off, the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The lady who checked me in was all smiles, patiently explained the hotel facilities, and even proactively upgraded my room type. What made me happiest was that, since it's summer, the front desk gave me two complimentary tickets for a night cruise on the Ancient Grand Canal! Going on the boat in the evening, feeling the breeze, and admiring the lights along the banks was an absolutely fantastic experience. This perk was so incredibly thoughtful. I also want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my favorite hat in the room. I quickly contacted the hotel, and without a second thought, the front desk confirmed it and immediately arranged to have it couriered back to me. This kind of service, where they truly care about even the smallest guest concerns, is genuinely heartwarming. In summary, this new Indigo hotel delivers on all fronts, both in terms of facilities and service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuxi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!"

"The room was very clean and tidy. Eleanor reached out to us proactively beforehand, providing local information and helping us arrange a room with a great location, so the service was excellent. The room had an especially good view, offering a wide-ranging cityscape of Wuxi. The hotel's location is superb, right by the subway exit, and only a few stops away from the train station. There's also a Black Pearl-rated Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try it. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive; it could be richer."

The hotel rooms are scattered throughout the ancient town, so you step right out into picturesque scenery. Hotel staff assisted with luggage during both check-in and check-out. We received welcome fruits upon arrival, and purple rice porridge was delivered as a late-night snack. Although the ancient town is small, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. It has all the elements of a classical Suzhou garden, and it's quiet with few crowds, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll and a deeper appreciation."

If they noticed a child engaging in risky behavior, they would patiently intervene and also explain why, which the children seemed to understand well."

"What I didn't like: When I checked in, they asked if I needed cooking facilities and a washing machine. If not, I could get a room immediately. If so, I'd have to wait for a room to be cleaned. I asked if the room sizes were the same, and they said yes. So I thought I'd just check in directly; the space saved from not having cooking facilities and a washing machine should make the room more comfortable. Who knew it was all hallway space, with very little usable area? Everyone, please avoid room xx06, see the pictures for details. What I liked: The hotel is located near Exit 10 of Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, which is an excellent location and very convenient for getting around. I won't be coming back in the future, bye-bye~"
