The service attitude has always been good, and the environment is cleaner than my last visit. The air conditioning was turned on in advance, and parking is convenient. I feel like the bed might have been changed as it was more comfortable than last time. Overall, it's pretty good.

Staying at the Radisson Collection Wuxi was a very comfortable experience. The room was immaculately clean. The Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker connected seamlessly, creating a great atmosphere for listening to music. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the service was reliable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities and equipment are all new, and there is no smell. It is very good to stay in such a hotel when traveling for more than 500 pairs during the May Day holiday. The staff is considerate and polite, and the room type is upgraded for free.

The hot springs were fantastic, with a first-class environment, comfortable temperature, and good privacy. During the weekdays, it was less crowded, giving it a private feel.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's beautiful garden landscape. Cary at the front desk was warm and courteous, making the check-in process quick and smooth. She even proactively pointed out the garden's highlights. However, the breakfast restaurant service was extremely subpar; I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. All 5-star service was exclusively from the front desk and housekeeping staff.
