Romantic Hotels in Wuxi

The room was spacious and comfortable. A big thanks to the front desk lady who went above and beyond to find me a lake-view room of the same price, but with the widest view possible. Breakfast was good, and all the services were excellent. They even offered a free hour of KTV, and the laundry room was very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, and when there aren't many people around, some areas are dimly lit, making them a bit spooky.

I first stayed at this hotel 9 years ago when it just opened (and the surrounding area was still under construction). This time, visiting Wuxi again, I chose this hotel and was amazed at how much the area has developed – it's so much more prosperous now, and the subway station is right next to the hotel, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel quality is still excellent, offering great value for money. There were a few minor issues, but the duty manager Jennie resolved them quickly and efficiently, even upgrading my room – truly excellent 👍. Front desk staff Angela was also very nice and helpful, answering all my questions. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids.

I booked a king-size room; it was very spacious but had minimal, simple decor. The duvet felt smooth and comfortable, unlike those in other hotels that make you sweat or feel rough from repeated washing. The bed was firm and springy, which my child loved bouncing on. The canteen offered a limited variety of dishes, and the breakfast was pretty much the same both days. There's no delivery robot, so you have to go up and down yourself. The hotel is on a high floor, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. A big plus is the free parking, although spots on P2 can be tight. The location is central, making travel times to various attractions similar, but driving takes at least 20 minutes. There's a MixC mall right next to the hotel, which is convenient for dining.

The hotel boasts an overall Tang and Song dynasty Zen-inspired design, featuring a grand white jade lotus waterscape in the lobby, a long corridor with wooden grilles, and serene garden courtyards. The soundproofing is excellent, almost completely blocking out any guest noise. The rooms are spacious, furnished with solid wood and linen accents, and equipped with King Koil mattresses for a great night's sleep. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with scenic views, with options for garden views, lake views, and courtyard suites. The lake view rooms offer distant glimpses of Lake Tai and the silhouette of the Lingshan Grand Buddha when the windows are open.

Room facilities: A very handsome guy at the front desk helped us upgrade to a mountain-view room, 4917. Many thanks to him; the night view was absolutely stunning, full of National Day festive atmosphere. During the National Day holiday, there were various activities every day. We got to try making a sugar-blown horse 🐎 from malt sugar, which was quite fun. Breakfast: The selection was very rich. The soup dumplings were juicy and the meat was delicious; I ate several! The bread was exquisitely made, and every piece looked tempting! Room view: It felt like having a panoramic view of all the mountains. Ordering takeout required going downstairs to the first floor to pick it up, but getting bubble tea 🥤 was very convenient due to the downtown location. WiFi: They had a Dyson hairdryer and a JBL Bluetooth speaker. My two-night stay was excellent. The room cleaning auntie was also very polite and enthusiastic. I redeemed some vouchers from Trip.com, and if I come to Wuxi again, I will definitely stay here.

The butler service was incredibly attentive and thorough. From pre-arrival communication to check-out, the butler responded very promptly, and their attitude was kind and professional. Any requests, such as needing extra towels or drinking water, were met with quick responses and properly handled by both the butler and housekeeping staff. The overall room environment was very comfortable, and the room's hygiene was excellent! The floors, tabletops, and bathroom were spotless. The window let in a lot of natural light, making the entire room bright and airy with an expansive view, which really boosted my mood. Front desk check-in was efficient, and they even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a more beautiful view. Overall, the hotel service was great, and I had a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at the Yuanrong Hall inside the scenic area, and it was a very comfortable stay. It's very close to the drone show, which was absolutely amazing and stunning! Our butler, Xiangxiang, provided excellent service. She was always online on WeChat, and we could reach her anytime we had questions; she resolved them quickly. She sent us the check-in procedures and parking location. Having her support made us feel very at ease! The scenic area environment is wonderful, with beautiful sulfur cosmos flowers in bloom. The iron flower show at the Wishing Square was also spectacular. We'll definitely come again!

A well-run inn, with a large area and super nice public spaces, very delicate and beautiful! The rooms are a little old because they were renovated a little longer, but overall the price/performance ratio is very high. The dogs and cats in the store are so cute that the children can't put them down. I really like the services of this store. It's worth staying for a few days to relax and live a slow life.

The hotel environment is very good, surrounded by mountains and water! The weather was relatively cold when I came, the hotel was very considerate, the room was heated in advance, and it felt very warm to move in.
