From the very beginning, the owner followed up meticulously, helping with my luggage and arranging check-in promptly. He even graciously upgraded me to a king-size bed with floor-to-ceiling windows, hand-ironed bedding, central air conditioning, and a Dyson hair dryer. The hotel offers all the amenities you need for a stay. Although located within an apartment building, the interior is no different from a hotel, and the soundproofing is excellent. The location is very convenient, right next to the subway station and Coastal City, offering everything from dining and entertainment. I had the opportunity to visit Lihu Lake and Huishan Ancient Town. The natural scenery blends seamlessly with the world, and the beauty of human kindness hidden within the mundane world is unforgettable. Oh, my foolish friend, a boundless journey awaits, yet this small boat is only a small corner. Welcome to Wuxi, a land of outstanding people and beautiful scenery. The hotel gave me a surprise. Although it is an apartment, the facilities are very new. The room is divided into two parts of the living room and bedroom. Sleeping and watching mobile phones and computers do not affect each other. The refrigerator, washing machine and induction cooker in the room are complete. The refrigerator is not like many hotels. The furnishings cannot be cooled. This apartment is a real double-door refrigerator. The washing machine can be washed at any time. It is very convenient. There is a bus directly downstairs from Suzhou Station. Nanchang Street Pedestrian Street is within easy reach. This is a very recommended apartment, I will choose this one next time.

The front - desk service is amazing! The young lady received us with a smile throughout the process. The check - in was highly efficient, and she thoughtfully reminded us of the nearby delicacies and facilities. Whenever we had questions, she was always available immediately, and she solved problems quickly and professionally. It felt as warm as being with family. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

The room is large, one bedroom and one living room, and the bathroom has a bathtub. It is very close to Nanchang Street and Nanchan Temple. It can be reached on foot. You can also take out to the tea Yanyue color. There are many delicious foods nearby. The room has a projection, the air conditioner is also powerful, there is a refrigerator, a washing and drying washing machine, and laundry detergent is also provided. The service is very good, you can rest assured.

I love this pet friendly hotel! They are all very kind. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet was good but I wish it had more vegan friendly items like tofu. There is a shop nearby to buy items. The room has a kitchenette. I was able to cook. There was also area to walk my dog. The best perk is the Starbucks that is so close by! My dog loved sleeping on the couch and the bed. Housekeeping did a great job. This is a great place to stay in Wuxi.

The first time I stayed in such a high hotel, it was the first time I stayed in this apartment hotel. The overall situation was quite satisfactory. The only downside was that the central air conditioner could not adjust the temperature and slept coldly at night. Although I live on the 35th floor, the scenery is very general, and there is no view on the picture when booking the hotel. Health needs to be strengthened, and there are hairs on the slippers.

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

The room was large, the bed was very soft, the room had a refrigerator and washing machine, it was very convenient. The boss made a few calls on the day of check-in and worried that I could not find it. I could see that the boss was a careful person.
