This is a high-end apar**ent hotel in the Ascott series that I have stayed in. It is located in Wuxi New District. The facilities and hygiene are good. The surrounding is relatively quiet. The only inconvenience is that it is a bit far from places to eat, drink and shop. Also, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

1. The space is larger than that of the hotel, and the two-bedroom and one-living room are suitable for family travel. There is a washing machine and kitchen, which is quite convenient. 2. The price is relatively cost-effective, and there is basically no price increase during the May Day holiday. 3. I think the service is still good, not as cold as the reviews say. It is quite enthusiastic. 4. The breakfast is at the hotel level, similar to the type of executive lounge, not as good as that of a large five-star hotel. 5. Located in the new city area, the surrounding area is basically deserted, with only office buildings, but there is also a Wanda. It is inconvenient to come here without driving. 6. The swimming pool is not bad, with a constant temperature. You can overlook Taihu Lake from a distance.

We booked an executive one-room apar**ent. After we checked in, I opened my suitcase to get my clothes, and then put the suitcase next to the wall. As a result, water leaked from the ceiling and kept dripping. My clothes, makeup bag, etc. were all wet. My husband called me to work. The staff came and the staff said there were no rooms available. If we wanted to change rooms, we could only change to the same room on the fifth floor. However, we brought our children. The children like high floors. We didn’t want to change to the fifth floor and asked if we could upgrade. , said no, and said they would give us breakfast, but when we booked the room, we had already booked breakfast, but later the staff actually said to put towels on the floor to catch the water, and let us stay like this? ! We were shocked. Not to mention the Ascott, even a budget hotel chain would not handle it like this. We disagreed and kept negotiating. At first they said they could not upgrade our room type, but later they said they could and upgraded us. It took me a long time to settle down to the room type. The upgraded room was great and my children loved it. However, there were always strange noises in the middle of the night, like the rattling of furniture. I even suspected that someone had entered the room. , my husband checked the room again and again, and there was the roar of the engine outside the window. We didn't sleep well on the first day. What I also want to complain about is the hotel's swimming pool. It is said to be outsourced. The swimming pool is very good, but the service cannot be complimented. I took my children to swim and accidentally locked my hand tag in the cabinet. I asked the pool front desk for a spare key and there was no spare key! ? ? All our clothes and mobile phones were put in the cabinet and we couldn't take them out. The child had no clothes to wear and kept pouring hot water. During various communication, the child was anxious and cold. Finally, the hotel front desk asked for a bath towel and took the child back to the room, etc. It had been about 40 minutes since the hotel engineering depar**ent sent the spare key. The child might have been cold, and he kept coughing that day and the next day. In short, he would not stay here a second time, and his impression of Wuxi was also greatly reduced.

The hotel is well-equipped and the location is a bit remote, but there is Wanda Plaza not far away. The environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is reasonable, there are swimming pools, gyms and children's playgrounds, the service attitude is thoughtful and responsive, the breakfast variety is not large, and the quality is OK

The room is large and clean, suitable for family outings, and the two rooms do not disturb each other. The living room is also large.

Ascott Apar**ents is really good. I met satisfactory rooms in Chengdu and Wuxi. However, the pillows in Wuxi smelled bad. I don't know if it was caused by the previous guests or the detergent. The smell was really impressive.
