We had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. A wide variety of options for breakfast was impressive, including delicious freshly baked Danish pastry and all the essential Oriental breakfast selections. Service was at a high level overall. They accommodated us on the 20th floor, which had a complimentary snack during happy hours. The room was clean and newly renovated.

This is a perfect travel experience. From check-in to check-out, the service is thoughtful and warm, which fully satisfies the butler-style experience. In particular, elaine, a colleague in the customer relations department, carefully helped me solve the dietary problem and gave me an exquisite fruit plate.

Excellent hotel, located near the train station and with a delicious breakfast anf amazing buffet service for dinner. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the health club is great!

Everything was perfect. I just don't like that when paid via Alipay I pay extra money - 3% comission. It happened only in this Chinese Hotel. Why?... They told becauase I use international credit card. But pay everywhere in China the same Alipay application whith the same credit card and don't pay any comission.

the room is clean and big, staff are helpful. We need to check out early and they helped us to arrange simple breakfast takeaway as well as getting ready a cab for us. i think this is the extra service that they offer to help foreigners (unable to use their local DIDI / e-hailing app). food options are available within walking distance. Breakfast choices are excellent. will come back to this hotel again.
