Mountain View Hotels in Wuxi

We booked two separate nights, fearing our child might have a last-minute class. Fortunately, they didn't, so we spent the two nights at Chunshan without worrying about the crowds. We mostly stayed at the hotel, eating, drinking, and exploring. The hotel's food was excellent, and the free snacks in the refrigerator were delicious, especially the white pepper cookies. They were so good I couldn't resist searching on Taobao and immediately ordered dozens of them. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the housekeeping was responsive. The turndown service was excellent and attentive, including eye masks and earplugs. After checking out, we sat in the tea room for a while, and the waiter asked us where we had put the two afternoon tea spoons in the room. They said they had lost them when housekeeping was done. We were a little confused, as they should have been on the plates. The child said they'd peeled an orange after eating the cake, so perhaps the peel had covered them? A little later, the waiter confirmed they'd found the two spoons in the room. The room attendant could have done a thorough search instead of asking the guest first, which seemed rather abrupt. So, a little more attention to detail would have been even better. However, the flaws outweigh the merits, and overall, I really liked Spring Hill. My two children rated it slightly worse than the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway, but about on par with Aman, which is a very high rating.

Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded our room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious, with a balcony offering stunning views of Taihu Lake. The hotel has everything you could ask for: hot springs, a swimming pool, and even a cinema. Breakfast was also fantastic. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Wuxi.

The butler service is well-established, with proactive communication before arrival, shuttle services within the park, and thoughtful welcome gifts, all with quick response times. The hardware is high-end, featuring private hot spring rooms with excellent privacy. Toiletries, bedding, and smart devices are all of high quality. Local amenities are comprehensive, with a full range of dining options, purple clay pottery workshops, and nearby attractions, making it a one-stop destination for a complete holiday experience.

The Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

I booked a special offer room, so I didn't have high expectations, but I still didn't expect the room facilities and decor to be quite old, and the room was just covered with some rather ugly wallpaper. The main issue was that they didn't provide enough toilet paper. On my first night, after using it 2-3 times, it ran out, and the next day, housekeeping didn't replenish it. I'm quite dissatisfied. Even though it was a special offer, it was still 450 RMB a day. I chose it for its proximity to Yuantouzhu, but it's actually still a bit of a walk. It would have been better to stay further away. It's definitely not worth the price.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! I initially thought a train-themed room might feel a bit cramped, but it was just right – very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor balcony even had a large bathtub, perfect for an open-air bubble bath. The bedding was fantastic; the mattress and pillows were so comfortable, just the right level of softness for me – I actually want to buy them for my own home! The butler service was impeccable, always keeping us informed about upcoming activities. Both the Chinese restaurant and breakfast restaurant were excellent, especially the cliffside restaurant with its absolutely stunning views. They really covered all bases with the gym, pool, playground, and even a horse riding stable. The complimentary travel photography was also of a very high standard. I'm incredibly happy with everything; my friends have seen my pictures and now they all want to come here. Looking forward to my next visit!

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice. There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price

The room is clean and tidy, and the price is not high. There is a charging station downstairs, which makes charging very convenient. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The parking lot is also free. In addition, the breakfast is also buffet style, with rich dishes and fresh ingredients. The flowers in the lobby are also very beautiful. Overall, it is a hotel with good value for money, highly recommended to everyone who comes for tourism or business trips!

The rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great nighttime views. Conveniently located near the subway station, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
