The overall experience of this hotel is satisfactory. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are well maintained, and the service staff are kind and thoughtful and can respond to needs in time. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Convenient location, complete transportation and life facilities. Although some details still have room for improvement, the price is good and it is a pleasant stay choice.

I have to give full marks to the front desk at this Hanting hotel! The service was professional and incredibly warm, they answered every question, and their efficiency was top-notch. The hotel's location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to Nanchan Temple Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

It's 500 meters from the East Gate of Lingshan. You can have hot pot in the courtyard. The room is close to the bamboo grove and has a small balcony, making it quite comfortable. The service is excellent; when it's not busy, the owner is happy to help with luggage. The breakfast is simple and home-style, and the auntie is very helpful. The welcome fruit is also a thoughtful touch.

Traveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

As soon as I entered the door, there was a homemade coffee drink delivered, the front desk service was very good and welcoming! I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! Breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western styles are required, very rich. White porridge is also provided to 11.00 in the evening! There are Impressionhui shopping malls around, and there are many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hot pots! very good!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Magnolia Hotel. As it was during the Spring Festival, the hotel's decor was wonderfully festive. They had also prepared a generous spread of snacks and fruits, along with an unlimited supply of water. The room itself far exceeded my expectations. It was surprisingly spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa and coffee table. Furthermore, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower area was quite large. To top it all off, I even received a gift upon check-out! Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly thoughtful service!

I want to stay longer. Environment: Located next to the Grand Canal Park, waking up to birdsong and enjoying the morning breeze was incredibly pleasant. The location is fairly central in Wuxi, making it convenient to get around. I initially thought it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. Cleanliness: The bathroom and bedding were very clean. I usually bring my own sheets when traveling, but I forgot this time. However, sleeping directly on the bed was very comfortable and not itchy at all. The room also had a subtle fragrance. Breakfast: I ordered breakfast to be delivered upstairs. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and listening to the birdsong was truly relaxing. It completely eliminated the frustration of the previous day's walking around the scenic spots and the crowds. The service was also excellent; the auntie spoke Mandarin with a slight local accent, which was very friendly.

The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. Stayed in Wuxi for three days and wanted to experience a historic hotel. The lobby was very distinctive, and the room was spacious. The construction site next door was closed for the New Year's Day holiday, and the hotel even thoughtfully warned about potential noise from it. The mattress was super comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, probably also because I was so tired from all the activities. The only downside was that food deliveries weren't brought up by a robot, so I had to go down to pick them up every time. There's a great soup dumpling place nearby, and the roasted chestnuts from the shop right outside are delicious too.
