The room is large, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the hygiene is in place. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the rest quality is very good. The service response is timely, the attitude is friendly, the surrounding transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet, and the overall price is super high.

The hotel lobby is grand and impressive. This hotel offers excellent value for money in Xinwu District. The front desk service was incredibly attentive and even gave us a welcome gift. The facilities are great, and the location is convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose Lijing Huating Hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi!

A very bad stay experience. I checked in on the afternoon of the New Year's Day. The welcome fruit and souvenirs noted on the order were not provided. After going out to play in the afternoon, I went back to the hotel in the evening to ask if there were welcome fruits and souvenirs. The front desk service lady said no. After calling Trip.com , It means that you can give it away. What is a welcome fruit? Breakfast did not inform in advance that you need to go to another hotel to eat. When you check in, you will be informed that the breakfast variety is quite small. The night you go is basically a bowl of noodles and there are very few toppings. When I checked in in the afternoon, I asked the front desk to add a quilt. I shirked and said no. I went to the hotel at night and asked again. The hotel was not full. Why can't I take one for the guests first? I finally provided a bed sheet and quilt core, but we need to put it in by ourselves. At night, we have to study how to put it in. In summary, this hotel is really no service, the location is not good, and the hotel has not called sorry. Please choose carefully.

Just a heads-up, the only free parking is in the underground garage at Baolong. If you park anywhere else, you'll be charged. There are a lot of parking lots around, but you can't just park anywhere. If you're unsure, definitely ask the hotel staff. The hotel environment itself is really good.

Had a wonderful stay here with friends. The beds were really comfortable, and the living room was quite spacious, with a nice separation between the dining area and the sofa seating. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, though you'll need to buy your own seasonings. The only thing missing was a cutting board, which made chopping a bit inconvenient. The cleaning staff was very prompt and did a great job – everything was spotless. When we called the front desk for things we needed or were missing, they were delivered very quickly. We also used the hotel's swimming pool and gym, both of which were quite good. My only suggestion would be for a larger TV in the living room; I think it would be more enjoyable for everyone when we're all together.

The room was spacious, the bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was cleaned daily. Compared to other hotels in the same area, the price included excellent service. There were convenient restaurants downstairs, good transportation, and food delivery was available directly to the room. I was very satisfied.

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Wuxi, and it's consistently a fantastic experience. The front desk service is excellent and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. This is my absolute go-to for accommodation in Wuxi! Highly recommend!
