Choosing Shangkeyou Hotel for our family trip was definitely the right decision! The service was incredibly attentive; the staff proactively helped us with our luggage and even recommended nearby attractions – so professional! The room facilities were brand new and fully equipped, and the smart home system was easy to use, even for seniors and children – so convenient! The afternoon tea deserves special mention; the desserts were both beautiful and delicious, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them! Excellent value for money, highly recommended for all travelers!

This is a well-established five-star hotel that locals know well. The rooms have all been renovated and are quite new and nice. The breakfast is fresh and abundant, and the price is very reasonable, similar to what you'd pay at a Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel. However, I personally feel that the service details and facilities here are significantly better. The location is actually very convenient; it's about a ten-minute taxi ride to Nanchang Street and Hang Lung Plaza, and around twenty minutes to Huishan Old Town. There are also many good quality restaurants around the hotel that you can find on Dianping. This is my go-to choice when booking accommodation for friends and family visiting from out of town. This time, I booked four rooms for my relatives for two nights. A special thank you to the front desk attendant on the left side of the lobby entrance (I couldn't quite make out her name due to my eyesight) who worked on 4.3 and 4.5. She was gentle, warm, and incredibly patient. She thought of everything, both what you'd expect and what you wouldn't, making her very meticulous and thoughtful. I also really appreciate Manager Huang for being so understanding of the children's mistakes. I'm not sure what experiences those who left negative reviews about the service had, but I believe the front desk staff I interacted with and Manager Huang completely exemplified the hotel's star rating.

The safety factor is low. I only rent it for a short time when traveling for business. The bed is small and the TV is all paid. You can't watch it. It's just a small apartment, not suitable for couples to date. After you get the key, you can't find anyone if something happens.

What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, polite, and enthusiastic, showing great patience throughout. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. Any requests were met with a prompt response. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, with top-notch environment, facilities, cleanliness, and service. I've already saved this hotel to my favorites and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

This is a modern hotel. They thoughtfully sent me the meal times beforehand, warmly welcomed me, and provided meal reminders. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of choices, including a wide selection of fruits and freshly ground coffee. It was excellent value for money and highly recommended. Afternoon tea and a bowl of noodles late at night were delicious and satisfied my taste buds after a long day. They answered all my questions perfectly, showing their warmth and hospitality. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is very comfortable, and there's also a free self-service laundry room.

The room is super spacious and bright. I am very satisfied with the stay. I also helped to send the children breakfast for free. I provided the children's toiletries for free. Very good hotel.

Close to the commercial street, eating is more convenient, parking is free, staying very fast, the room is relatively clean, the main price is affordable and satisfactory, the water pressure is large and the water is fast to take a bath and comfortable, cost-effective hotel.
