We were amazed by this hotel and the room. It has voice activated function to control stuffs like the TV, lights and curtains…, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😅. They have the biggest tv we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. There’s a tea set on the table with complimentary tea leaves and some plum candies

I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the time I arrived. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel is a stone throw away from the metro and very close the Wuxi railway station.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

This hotel is extremely clean and spacious, and it’s also in a great location. I was on the 49th floor and the city view was spectacular. The hotel can be a little bit difficult to find since the front desk is located on the 26th floor, but otherwise, it’s fine. There was a doorman who directed me as to where the front desk is. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel at a fantastic price. I would highly recommend it.

The service is very good and the location is very good. It is only a few minutes walk to Plaza 66. It is very convenient, but there are not many parking spaces. Breakfast is very rich. It is very close to various attractions, not far.

This hotel is in an excellent central location near public transport links. There is plenty around it. It stands out as a budget hotel that takes pride in offering a service beyond that normally expected of a budget hotel. The rooms are just the right size and well designed. There is a very good shower which, unusually for a hotel, does not leak. The soaps and shampoos are nice. The towels are very good for a hotel in this price range as is the linen on the comfortable beds. There are blackout curtains and the rooms are quiet. I liked the way there were four bottles of water (and I was given another at checkout). The staff were helpful and pleasant, including a couple of the cleaning staff who I met in the corridor. I will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Wuxi. Minor issues were the lack of a fridge (I like cold water) and a bizarre room numbering system. For example 8512 in on 5F. I'm not sure what the 8 is for.

I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose theirs! Sure enough, there is nothing wrong! Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! Room was better than what I had expected. Stayed on the 42nd floor with astonishing view of the vibrant city. Location is good, breakfast could be better. I would definitely love to come back again for future trip to Wuxi.

Ctrip marked it as the 2nd, 6th and 7th floors, but the room I was given was on the 5th floor. On Ctrip, the 5th floor is a superior room, and the room price is no the same. The five-star Junlai Lakeside Hotel where I stayed the next day also had a buffet breakfast of 88 yuan, which was quite rich in variety. However, overall I am still satisfied.
