Had a fantastic stay! The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable with complete amenities, and the clean bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The location is superb, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Room facilities: A very handsome guy at the front desk helped us upgrade to a mountain-view room, 4917. Many thanks to him; the night view was absolutely stunning, full of National Day festive atmosphere. During the National Day holiday, there were various activities every day. We got to try making a sugar-blown horse 🐎 from malt sugar, which was quite fun. Breakfast: The selection was very rich. The soup dumplings were juicy and the meat was delicious; I ate several! The bread was exquisitely made, and every piece looked tempting! Room view: It felt like having a panoramic view of all the mountains. Ordering takeout required going downstairs to the first floor to pick it up, but getting bubble tea 🥤 was very convenient due to the downtown location. WiFi: They had a Dyson hairdryer and a JBL Bluetooth speaker. My two-night stay was excellent. The room cleaning auntie was also very polite and enthusiastic. I redeemed some vouchers from Trip.com, and if I come to Wuxi again, I will definitely stay here.

I want to share my experience: the first night I stayed at another hotel, and it was pretty good! But when I arrived at Jinjiang for the second night, I realized the service from the staff here was absolutely outstanding – so thoughtful! They had special toiletries and a small toy for my baby, and even offered a complimentary plum juice drink to each person. In the evening, they brought desserts 🍮. Today, upon check-out, the staff member even gave my child a gift bag. The attention to detail is truly impressive! So heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, the service is excellent 👍

The service was absolutely top-notch! Give a raise to the front desk and housekeeping staff. For years, I've almost exclusively stayed at Marriott, Sheraton, Accor, and Hilton hotels, rarely trying domestic brands. I never expected such an amazing experience! Everything from the hotel's concept, service, ambiance, breakfast, and facilities was exceptionally good. While it's a 4-star property and can't quite match the facilities of a Sheraton or Hilton, everything else far surpasses them. In comparison to many international hotel brands, my few recent experiences with domestic hotels—whether 2000, 1000, or 500 RMB a night—have been better than those with major international groups, and even better than Japanese hotels. So, I definitely won't underestimate Atour Group in the future!

This hotel's designer must have a profound misunderstanding of human beings. Here are a few examples: Exiting the elevator, I looked around for the room number signs, but couldn't find them. Then, I leaned closer and saw an exemplary 'energy-saving' notice... What would it hurt to install a light to help guests out? The bathroom doesn't even have an outlet for a hairdryer! The design actually expects you to blow dry your hair in the bedroom!! Is this designer *******? If not, then won't hair inevitably fall onto the bed? I ended up blow-drying my hair in the kitchen. Both bedside lamps can only be turned on and off together. Which couple always goes to bed and wakes up at the exact same time? ...It's truly beyond words, even three times the words wouldn't suffice. I can't even begin to express it all. On the other hand, the staff's service was excellent; that definitely deserves praise. Thank you!

I chose this hotel after reading many positive reviews on Ctrip, particularly highlighting Manager Xu Yuan's excellent service. I was fortunate enough to have Xu Yuan assist me with my check-in that evening, and indeed, his service was exceptional. From check-in to guest communication, everything was seamless. He thoroughly explained the member benefits, breakfast times, and what facilities were on each floor. I had booked two rooms, and since I was arriving late, I was concerned they might not be on the same floor. However, Xu Yuan mentioned that as soon as he saw my booking, he immediately reserved two rooms on the same floor for me – truly thoughtful service! His attentive service began even before I arrived at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the soundproofing was good. The high-definition TV allowed for screen casting, the shower pressure was strong, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hairdryer was powerful. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to Plaza 66 is also very convenient. Thumbs up to Xu Yuan's service! Five-star review!

This time, my top priority when choosing a hotel was its location, and it certainly delivered. The subway and bus stops are both nearby, and it's easy to hail a taxi without a long wait. Check-in was smooth, and the room was quiet. Overall, it saved a lot of travel time, which is perfect for those with a packed itinerary. A fantastic choice for a stay! 🏨

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center. It's just a 3-minute walk to Plaza 66 and 2 minutes to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Since it's a newly renovated hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side. However, the upside is that the room facilities are complete and quite new. The bedding, towels, and carpet were all clean.

I'm giving this hotel five stars primarily because of its incredibly convenient location. It's right next to the high-speed train station, making transportation a breeze with a subway and bus station nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shopping is super easy. The hotel's service quality is excellent, with staff who are polite and friendly. The entire hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a positive vibe. They also have great fitness facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The breakfast spread at the restaurant offers a good variety and tastes quite delicious.
