I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The room is clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The service was impeccable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Will choose here next time. The location is very convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. The boss sister is warm and thoughtful, and her service attitude is excellent. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy. 房間很有設計感，很温馨，酒店式公寓。#服務有任何問題，微信有管家答疑，很方便～#位置交通無錫東站附近，步行10分鐘可達，位置不是很明顯，在公寓樓內，提前打電話給老闆娘，會電話指引，也很好找～附近2號線可直達）#房間設施房間空間面積還不錯，熱水是電熱水器，水流量很行，但不要洗太久，熱水器容量20L，洗完需要再等半小時左右，下一個人再洗才行～床墊偏硬，個人還能接受，如果比較介意慎重選擇哈～#衞生衞生還能接受吧，如果是比較挑剔有潔癖的，可能不太適合～逼近酒店式公寓，但整體感覺性價比還不錯。

綜合評價，同時間訂房本平台230多，其他看了兩個平台170多，衹不過不是免費取消的。考慮到5星好評也沒多考慮，實際到店看了下房間設施結合地理位置也就值了170多的價位。停車費不是免費的，店家服務態度是認可的。
