房間打掃不乾淨，地上還有之前留下的煙頭，浴室淋浴間沒有門，洗澡噴的衞生間到處是水，浴室枱麪用紙巾擦試有灰，毛巾浴巾泛黃，幸好帶了一次性毛巾

良心酒店，錫馬期間不長價。房間衞生整潔，服務周到熱情，距地鐵站幾十米，一號線直達無錫站。臨街遍佈特色小吃，向南行2公里即到湖邊，交通飲食觀光非常方便。

酒店裝修很好，有韻味。佈置得很漂亮，床墊比較軟，睡着舒服。房間裏很乾凈整潔。四樓上面有曬衣服的地方。離地鐵站很近很近！老闆人很好。

體驗感很一般，位置有點偏，是農民房。位置在三樓，沒有電梯，前台幾乎沒有。安全係數比較低，單身女性不建議。房間衞生一般，衞生間就是磨砂的透明玻璃，在外看得很清晰，比較尷尬。優點是地鐵口很近，坐地鐵比較方便。

管理員老師傅態度很好，
就是屋裡麪衞生間打掃的不好。裝修之後的痕跡沒有完全清除。
希望能在這方面做加強。祝店家生意越來越好！
