It was a truly unique experience. A 400+ year old merchant house turned into an inn, in the middle of a small village. Clean room, comfortable beds, simple Chinese breakfast. Pick-up service was convenient. The hotel staff were kind and accomodating. Highly recommended.

This is truly an excellent boutique hotel. The Manager and her team of ladies see to every details
A simple breakfast is provided, suffice for the village vibe!
Nestled in a 800 year old village, some days there are too many local tourist bustling around
If only Miss Xu (the manager) would explain a bit of hotel background and its history (translated to English), that would be perfect!

the hotel was great, nice atmosphere, architecturally quaint, comfortable and clean. the little village it is in is very quiet, takes about 2hours to walk around and see the whole thing. everything is closed by 9.

We arrived at Sixiyan Village on the last day of this tour.
