The service is wonderful. Really nice reception. They all can speak English. Location is little far from the centre .....(I accidentally booked this place) but there is a police station right in front and easy to catch didi. First of all this building is like a maze. They first gave me a room with molds...I was upset. I told them I can't stay here. Second, they give me a room really far from the elevator...the way to the room was like a maze. So I told them I want a room near the elevator because I will get lost when I come back later. Finally, they gave me a tidy and clean room near the elevator. The service wasn't bad so I give 4 stars but I was really unhappy with the first room. I hope they can give tidy and easy rooms from the first time in the future.

Although this hotel was on the other side of the city, the hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with our itinerary. The hotel was clean, showers were hot and strong, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great too! I used the free washing machine and dryer that were excellent equipment. I give this hotel and staff 5 stars.
