The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, proactively guiding us and addressing our needs, truly showing their dedication. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with local specialty snacks and Western dishes all available and authentically delicious. With its excellent views, dining, and service, this is definitely my top choice for visiting Xi'an. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"This is considered a decent hotel near Muslim Street, especially since it's newly opened and clean. However, when we checked in in the afternoon, the front desk said they upgraded our room. We didn't notice any difference when we first went in, so we just dropped our bags and went out. It wasn't until we came back to rest at night that we realized we'd been 'upgraded' to a 'noise room.' Being close to the road, from evening until early morning, when there were fewer cars on the street, the tire noise from faster vehicles was incredibly loud. We could tolerate that, but then there were the occasional motorcycles, and their exhaust sounds were genuinely deafening. My child lay in bed from past 11 PM until after 2 AM, complaining that the outside noise was keeping them awake. After finally falling asleep at who-knows-what-time, they were woken up again around 6 AM by the road noise. We didn't get any good sleep all night. Plus, the light on the bedside switch was quite bright, so on top of not sleeping well, there was a constant dim light. The experience was truly awful."

The guest room floors, under the bed, and even the corners of the bathroom were all spotlessly clean, with no stains or odors. The bedding was fresh and tidy, and the towels were dry. The room was well-ventilated, feeling dry and not stuffy overall. The facilities were well-maintained; the lighting, bathroom fixtures, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and elegant, with no cooking odors, making for a clean and comfortable stay. If you prioritize cleanliness in your accommodation, you can confidently choose this hotel; it's a quality establishment that pays great attention to detail."
