"This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has an superb location with lots of Xian's main attractions within walking distance. The staff here were so lovely. They helped with the case and provided so much help and assistance. We found the room to be enjoyable with a big comfy bed and a nice view outside. The bath was large and the water temperature suitable. Our only slight issue was the need for more soundproofing. Our large window faced the wall but this meant we could hear music and cars with loud exhausts driving by. Thankfully, most of the noise subsides after 11pm. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and well worth staying if you wish to stay in the heart of Xian."

"Overall, it was good, but several power outlets in the room weren't working, so my charger kept disconnecting and wouldn't charge. The laundry room was fine, too. However, sometimes there were many people smoking in the elevator, making it really stuffy. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who manages the cat house – she was excellent! But if possible, they should add another person to the morning front desk shift. We had an early check-out around 5 AM to catch a flight, and the front desk guy was asleep. We woke him up, rushed to check out, and left. Later, I realized I left my charger at the hotel. I arranged for SF Express to pick it up. When I called the front desk, the guy told me he was the only one there and couldn't go up to my room to get the charger for me. He told me to tell SF Express to use my room card to go up themselves. I called SF Express, and they said they usually can't go up to rooms. So I switched to JD.com for pickup around 9 AM. I called the hotel again, and they finally said there should be someone available around 9 AM to help me retrieve it. The room itself was good, it's just these issues."
