The hotel's Chinese garden-style architecture is beautiful, and within a few minutes' walk from the back entrance, you can reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City, which is super convenient for families with kids. The service was thoughtful and attentive. This is a perfect choice for families visiting Xi'an with children. We'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"The location is fantastic! It's less than 100 meters from the subway exit and very close to the Yisu Grand Theater. The front desk lady was super gentle and provided excellent service. My room actually faced the street but it was incredibly quiet. It also had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the room size was quite generous. Perhaps it's due to the fierce competition among hotels near the Bell Tower, but I found the value for money to be astonishing. I previously booked a place near the TV & Radio Grand Theater that was more expensive than this one, but the room was tiny and the service was terrible. This place, however, is excellent! Just a heads-up, you need to go early for breakfast. I didn't take photos of the room, but it looks exactly like the ones on the hotel's site."

"For my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the well-established and upscale Sheraton Hotel. While the decor has a bit of a vintage feel, the hotel is very well-maintained overall. The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an."

Do note that the swimming pool is more of a puddle, but refreshing enough on a hot day."

The rooms are spacious, though a bit far from the elevator – it took my other family members two minutes to walk from the elevator to their rooms. The breakfast was delicious and definitely recommended! 😂"

"Review in English Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. We arrived quite late, that is true, but the hotel advertised a 24-hour reception. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception. We had to walk around nearby bars to find someone from the hotel. When the receptionist finally appeared, he smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, and he came with a cigarette in his mouth, which made a very poor first impression. The room was in a very bad condition when it came to cleanliness. As soon as we entered, it was obvious that the sink countertop had not been properly cleaned — it was dusty and covered in streaks. The mirror was dirty and splashed, there was limescale on the shower tap, and the bed frame was also stained. Under the armchair, we found someone else’s electronic cigarette, which clearly showed that the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There was dust everywhere, and the overall impression was that cleanliness was not taken seriously at all. Another major issue was the noise. The room had a view of the railway tracks, which may sound interesting, but in reality it meant very loud nights. The hotel clearly knows about this problem, as earplugs were provided in the room. Unfortunately, even with the earplugs, I could not sleep properly and kept waking up throughout the night. The swimming pool was also very disappointing. The hotel advertises it as one of its facilities, but in reality it was more like a very shallow paddling pool, with water only around ankle-deep. The area was dirty, the water did not look inviting, and no one was using it. On top of that, the pool is not exclusive to hotel guests — it is shared with several nearby bars and buildings, so it does not feel private or comfortable at all. The only positive thing was that there was a shower available, because the bathtub in the room was so dirty that it was not suitable for use. Its condition was very unpleasant and raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall: very poor cleanliness, unprofessional service, extreme noise, a disappointing pool, and a very bad experience in general. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."

The room decor is simple yet stylish, and everything was spotless. The bedding was really comfortable, too. The butler service was very responsive and paid great attention to detail. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making for a very pleasant trip. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xi'an and would definitely consider staying here again next time."

"A good hotel definitely adds to a comfortable trip. This summer, I took my two children and elderly parents to Xi'an. With many people, there are many needs, and this hotel made planning for my family very easy – I was incredibly satisfied! We stayed for five nights in two rooms. Right downstairs, there are famous local eateries like Weinan Steamed Dumplings and Wei Family Liangpi, which covered all our breakfasts. Across the street is the Xiying TIME complex with plenty of dining options, including Korean and Sichuan cuisine, all of which tasted great. We tried different places every day, and my parents were happy. Just across the road are KFC and Pizza Hut, which my kids loved. The location is very convenient. Directly opposite is the Xi'an Film Studio, which has many activities daily, such as music festivals, film festivals, and literary events. We could pop over to explore in between sightseeing – there was a lot of fun to be had. The hotel is within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda; we visited it four times during our stay. When it got hot or we were tired, we'd just head back to the hotel to rest. It's also just a few stops away from Daming Palace, Xiaozhai, the City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The hotel rooms are very spacious. The extra sofa, compared to other hotels in the same price range, brought us a lot of convenience, using it as a bed rail for the baby. The hotel service was excellent; all our requests were answered and addressed with enthusiasm. I had read some reviews about the air conditioning not being cool enough, but we didn't experience that at all. We visited in August, and the AC was very powerful. Plus, it's a smart room with stepless dimming lights. When the younger child needed to sleep, we could turn on just a little light so it wouldn't disturb their rest, which was very gentle on their eyes. Overall, as someone who wants to take good care of my family, I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel."
