GGuest UserMy family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel nestled in the high-tech district of Xi'an, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with standout staff like Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room was not only spacious but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.
Special thanks to Sarah for her excellent service. ❤️

HHorizonKKOut of many hotels, I chose the InterContinental in the Economic Development Zone. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The location is great, just a two or three-minute walk from the administrative center subway station. It's also very convenient to get to the airport and the West Station. The room was quite spacious. The bellboy was very friendly; I stayed for three days and always saw his warm smile. The mini-bar items are chargeable, which, as an InterContinental member staying in an executive room, I believe is the first time I've encountered this. Highly recommended!

RRicky piWhen you arrive, you have to check in at the lobby first, and then take the shuttle bus to the villa area, which takes about 3 minutes. It is very convenient. They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.
