This trip to Xi'an with my child exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it high praise. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to major attractions and the high-speed rail station. Catching a taxi or taking the subway saves time and effort. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly amenities. The public areas were elegant and quiet, with a strong ancient charm in the decor, which perfectly suited the Hanfu photoshoots we were doing. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers superb value for money and is our top choice for family travel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an!

HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Don't come here with elderly or children!** **Body:** Traveling with elderly and children is already tiring, but staying at this hotel was a huge mistake! This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had, with absolutely no service to speak of 😡. During check-in, they casually mentioned that renovations were happening downstairs and it would be noisy! Why wasn't this communicated earlier? The hotel actually said, ”You can switch to another hotel”... Their emotional intelligence is seriously questionable. In the middle of the night, where do they expect us to go with our family? Seeing my elderly parents and children, I had no choice but to swallow my anger and stay. This kind of hidden information is truly infuriating! 🤬 Before checking in, I messaged them on WeChat asking if they had anything for elderly or children, naively hoping they'd thoughtfully prepare a late-night snack. Turns out, that was just my wishful thinking! Just because it was one minute past ten, the late-night snack was gone, leaving only some plain porridge without any side dishes. Even the parking entrance was incredibly hard to find, which led to a delay in checking in. I'm so exhausted 🤦‍♀️. Perhaps the service at my previous hotel was too good; they even left warm sweet soup in thermos containers in the room on hot nights. This hotel really pales in comparison! Pretty facades are all the same; I really can't stay at a hotel with no service! What's the use of having only a beautiful rooftop pool and night view? I hope the hotel addresses these issues and doesn't take guests for granted. Be very careful when choosing a hotel! Don't use your vacation time to test things out! 🙅‍♀️

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

This family room offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.

After comparing several hotels, I finally chose Zhonglou Yuantuo, and I wasn't disappointed. The cleanliness was meticulously maintained; the cleaning staff did a thorough job, and the room felt fresh and spotless upon entry. The bedding was changed regularly, feeling soft and comfortable to the touch. Every corner of the bathroom was clean, free from mold and standing water, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. The entire hardware setup was impressive; the room was spacious, and the smart system was responsive, allowing me to control appliances without getting up. The mattress provided a great night's sleep, and the bathroom fixtures were well-maintained and functioned flawlessly. The public areas were also well-kept; the self-service laundry room had new machines with full wash and dry functions, perfect for travelers. The whole-house WiFi was fast, with no lagging for daily video streaming or work. The location was excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, making it convenient for getting around and exploring. From the hygiene details to the complete facilities, everything was reliable, and the overall living experience was very comfortable. I genuinely recommend it to friends visiting Xi'an.

I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
