Guest UserThis guesthouse absolutely exceeded my expectations. The room design and hygiene standards rivaled those of a star-rated hotel. The disposable toiletries were of excellent quality, and the room even featured central air conditioning, automatic blinds, and a bed runner. All the lights – main light, downlights, bedside lamps, ambient lighting, and light strips – were independently controlled, which was incredibly convenient and perfectly suited for my child's homework and reading. The toilet and shower were completely separate, allowing both to be used simultaneously without disturbance.
The breakfast was especially delicious. Although the room came with a complimentary breakfast for two, the owners simply invited our family of three to sit down and eat. They are truly generous and open-hearted people!
The green landscaping in the courtyard was also meticulously designed and maintained, making it easy to capture some beautiful photos.
Even though we only stayed for one day, the owner provided free shuttle service three or four times and enthusiastically recommended local delicacies. The location is also great, not far from the Terracotta Warriors and Lintong Museum (Lishan Garden).
The guesthouse's location can be precisely pinpointed, making it easy for taxis to find, unlike some places where it becomes difficult to locate once you enter a village!
Before we left, the owner even gave us a farewell gift. Thank you!

An incredibly good value homestay experience! As soon as we checked in, we decided to extend our stay by another day. This place truly feels like a home away from home, with the host treating us like family. The room was spacious and elegant, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. The owner was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful, and countless small details showed his love for his hometown and his welcome to travelers from afar. We enjoyed the aroma of tea, admired the fans painted by the talented hostess, and savored the home-cooked food. The owner even put down his own meal to quickly drive us to a show, and waited outside the theater to pick us up and take us back. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance! Such a warm, loving, sincere, and enthusiastic experience. Xi'an people are truly wonderful, and Lintong people are amazing!

After working on a project late into the night, I dragged myself back to the Ji Hotel in the early morning, utterly exhausted. The front desk attendant, seeing my pale face, proactively asked if I needed help delivering my takeout to the room and thoughtfully gave me an extra pack of hot black tea. I collapsed onto the bed and fell asleep. I don't know how much time passed, but I was awakened by a gentle knock. I opened the door to find the cleaning auntie, holding a cup of warm honey water, smiling as she said, 'I saw your 'Do Not Disturb' sign and guessed you must be really tired. Drink this; it'll soothe your throat.' I was stunned and thanked her repeatedly. The sweetness of that honey water, blended with the faint tea aroma of the hotel, became the warmest comfort in this unfamiliar city. When checking out, the front desk even specially handed me a small bag of portable honey, reminding me to take care of myself even when busy. The service was exceptionally good, and the room was very clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and it's within walking distance of Huaqing Palace, right on the expressway. It was also convenient for visiting the Terracotta Warriors. The customer service butler in a suit was very enthusiastic. I brought my family here for a trip, and the third-floor restaurant offers afternoon tea with snacks, fruit, pastries, congee… which I loved! You can also order meals, which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, close to a 5A scenic area with a great environment. Their hotel is also on the expressway, making it easy to call a taxi to the Terracotta Warriors. The customer service butler in a suit asked about our itinerary and provided a ticket collection code for 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' which was incredibly helpful as we didn't have to wait in a separate line to get tickets. It was a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserWe had such an excellent stay at Spring Inn we ended up extending our stay one more night because we loved it so much! The manager was super lovely helping us with our trip planning and was super responsive beforehand which really helped us plan what we wanted to do. She spoke really good English and even offered to help with advanced bookings which was very helpful as some attractions and how to book can be confusing when you do not speak Chinese.
We really enjoyed making charms with her when we arrived and chatting/exchanging our different cultures. She recommended dishes we should try while in Xi'an and a night market to grab dinner.
Our room was VERY comfortable with a soft king size bed and lots of pillows! The smart technology and projector to watch films on was also a bonus!
The free massage chairs were another, heavenly feature after a long day of exploring the terracota army!
The hotel has washing machines, detergent, and dryers to use which work really well and was really handy for us while travelling around.
One of our highlights was also the traditional Chinese breakfast which was full of variety and surprisingly filling/satisfying!
Thank you for such a great stay!

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos.
**Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art.
**Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail.
**Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside.
**Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
**Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

Super easy to get to as it is less than a block from a metro station, very clean, blackout curtains, usual 2 bottles of water, tea kettle, cups, & a couple tea bags in the room & restocked daily, but also endless 2 kinds of tea & hot lemon water in the lobby. About 15 minute walk to Huaqing Palace & there are lots of restaurants & shops in the area. It caters mostly to Chinese so the staff doesn’t speak English, though they were very willing to communicate via translator apps, people will smoke in the lobby & even the elevators, and the breakfast is, well, Chinese - meaning noodles, including a noodle soup station, different kinds of shredded veg in oils, vinegar, and/or pickled. They did have warm, hard-boiled eggs, but that was the only protein option as far as I remember. Overall, good, budget place to stay.

Jill and EuanThis stay was difficult to rate.
The reception staff and room were fantastic.
The gym was long term unavailable/under refurbishment.
This was one main reason we chose this hotel.
The other reason was the availability of an international breakfast. We paid more for this hotel based on these two factors.
The breakfast on the first of our 3 days was terrible.
There was a live cockroach walking g across the convenience store pastries that were out for all guests. I tried to find the restaurant manager who had not acknowledged us on arrival and hadn't collected our breakfast tickets, but she or any kitchen staff were not there (20mins into breakfast peruod). I spoke to reception staff who were appalled but did note, not many Chinese people eat these items. They later gave us a bag of unopened pastries which was a nice gesture but did not compensate for the experience.
The restaurant manager would not look at us or apologise, this may have gone some way to saving the situation.
The 2nd day, the restaurant manager was gone, hot milk was available le, the doors were open to let fresh air in, staff were present and said hello to all guests. A big effort had been made.
It's hard to rate the hotel based on the first morning debacle. We were very disappointed.

Travel Asia WandererAmazing cheap & good price & quality value. We had for a very cheap price a clean room with a water kettle, comfy chair, tea, etc.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very good: only 10 minutes walk towards the Mausoleum. Pro tip: walk for 10 minutes the other way to find very cheap restaurants, (little) shops and many more.
Highly recommended to stay here!
