First of all, the hotel is located near the metro and it is easy to find it. Secondly, the process of checking into the hotel was smooth. The receptionists are polite at all times. There is a free flow of hot drinks at the lobby. Near the lobby there is an ironing section, laundry section and gym room. But only two washing machines are provided for hundreds of rooms. But Wang Aunty is good enough to help guests take out the washed clothing out from the washing machines and put them in the dryer. Cao Supervisor helped us to iron out clothes as the old iron was not in function. Our rooms are far away from the lifts but the rooms are in a quiet place. Beds and pillows are good to sleep in. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the breakfast was provided almost the same everyday but they changed it a little bit. The cleaner aunty in the restaurant is polite. The location is good not really far from the Muslim Quarter. The bus stop is just in front of this hotel. We took didi easily. AI XiaoLe in the room was not helpful. Overall, I still suggest that this hotel is more friendly to guests and we felt warm like at home.

Asking for non smoking room. The hotel seems not care of my request. Ask for change but all the other 3 rooms also have strong smell.

Smoking in room….. indeed all room are smoking room)
The shower drainage block… all water flow out the drainage point beneath the basin.
They even provide rubber sleeper in toilet (means expected). Also can see some cut line on the floor seems to divert the water.
Why not just repair and fix it ????

Staff were friendly and helpful. They bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There are 3 social areas, two on the roof, which is fantastic. Washing machines and soap are also provided free of charge with outdoor space to hang up laundry.
The design of the bathroom could be significantly improved and seems like no thought was put into it. Upon arrival, the toilet door would not stay close as the magnetic ***** was missing, and it couldn't be locked either. This was fixed the next day, so it was great for them to work on it asap. What blew my mind is that the glass they use for the shower and toilet is quite see-through, as you can see from the photos, so there was no privacy.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the main attractions, shopping centers, and local restaurants. You can get out of the Zhonglou station at Exit F, walk straight to the end of the street, and turn right to see the hotel.
The hotel was bit old but clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. At night, the smoking smell coming in through air ventiliator made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable.

Room facilities: comfortable bed, ok hygiene, medium size room, smart toilet lid is good. But the central air conditioning is a bit noisy.
Breakfast: bad review!! I bought a breakfast package for convenience. But the breakfast service is not as good as some hotels that give away free breakfast.
I can understand that the variety is limited, but why don't you replenish the food in time for just a few types? I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30, much earlier than the meal collection time of 9:30. But there are already several dishes at the bottom, especially fruits, which are gone. I think there are only five or six guests in the restaurant, so there is no reason not to supply them.
Secondly, you can't pack up even if you pay for a meal coupon! My companion was resting and couldn't come to the restaurant. After I finished eating, I said I would use another meal coupon to pack up one. The staff came out of the kitchen and told me that I couldn't pack up and could only eat it myself. I have stayed in hotels of all levels from Hilton to Express Hotel, and I have never encountered a time when I was not allowed to pack up breakfast. They even took the initiative to provide you with lunch boxes, food plastic bags, etc. to help you pack.
The breakfast was not good from the food to the service. I didn't eat it the next day. I saw many reviews mentioned that the breakfast needs to be improved, but I don't think the hotel cares too much.

暑期準備帶孩子到西安旅遊，從網上搜尋看到這家酒店就預訂了，首先進到酒店大廳都會給人眼前一亮，環境優雅，大廳看起來一塵不染很寬敞，這是給我的第一感覺。前台的服務人員很熱情友好，辦理入住速度很快，天氣熱主動給我們提供冰涼可口的酸梅湯，看我帶的小朋友又免費贈送了小童牙具，拖鞋，服務真是很貼心。雖然酒店和寫字樓一體但是酒店有客房專用電梯，房間佈置高端大氣，房間內設施設備完善齊全，擺放的整整齊齊，房間也打掃的乾乾淨淨，12樓還有自助洗衣房清洗烘乾俱全熨燙俱全，客房的服務人員可以幫忙請洗衣服，很感謝🙏。酒店的餐廳也很乾凈整潔衞生，菜品齊全新鮮，味道也很好吃。酒店旁邊就有商場，距離鳳城五路地鐵站僅幾百米，也有公交站，購物方便，交通便利，總之在這家酒店入住幾天很滿意。以後還會選擇。

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

I originally wanted to book a family room, but the family room only has an inner window. I personally prefer windows~ The hotel service is very good. Fruits and yogurt were delivered as soon as we arrived. The location arranged for us is also very good. The breakfast is very suitable for Guangdong people.

1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.

GGuest UserSeeing that the hotel is newly opened, I chose this hotel this time and had a good experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the meticulous care. The girl at the front desk was very gentle and patient. If you have any questions, just find Xiao Hu. There will be no problem.
First of all, I have to praise the orientation design of the room. I booked a south-facing room. In the morning, I opened the curtains and the sun poured in. The whole room was instantly shrouded in warmth, and the view was also particularly wide. For me, I have a good sleep, so I don’t feel noisy at all. Even if I am in a busy area, after closing the doors and windows, the noise from the outside world is almost inaudible, allowing me to fall asleep peacefully every night with tranquility.
The bedding is all new. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very comfortable to lie on it, which perfectly relieves a day's fatigue. The sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are soft and delicate to the touch, and the room is clean and tidy as a whole.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service. From the warm and patient reception of the staff at the front desk to the thoughtful and considerate care of the room service staff, every link makes people feel warm. Knowing that I was traveling on business, they also took the initiative to provide local travel tips and transportation guides. SSimeon Sing WanThe facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

OOlivier Pierre CharlesThe starway hotel is in the best location possible in Xi’an, directly above the street with all the great food street vendors, where it is impossible to resists the aromas. Right by the Bell Tower, it is super close to the subway and can connect you to all the cool places to visit in Xi’an.
The hotel staff was super friendly and I felt very well taken care of. They helped me organise the tour to the terrace cotta army site and last but not least the breakfast buffet, super Chinese, was very good.
The room was spacious with 2 beds and a large shower.
If you are going to Xi’an, definitely the place to go.
Oh and also worth noting, even though the hotel
Is right above the action (I was there at the weekend), closing the window suppressed all noise from the street!

GGraceI only stayed in the hotel for a night and I am impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. However, they should have a system when it comes to serving their buffet breakfast. There should be someone assisting the guests when it comes to food or other concerns. But overall, it was a great stay!

Ffluffygos2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults.
We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops.
Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough.
Coffee that they serve is also very good.
Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.

RRafid MarsaThe hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there.
The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it.
Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you)
I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties.
I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!
