I highly recommend this amazing hotel! 🏮 The ancient-style design is absolutely stunning; you can take a beautiful picture in any corner without needing edits. The location is unbeatable too – just a short walk from the back door and you're at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and it's within walking distance to the Grand Tang Mall (Bu Ye Cheng) and the Shaanxi History Museum. The staff are super friendly, and they respond to WeChat messages incredibly fast, giving really reliable travel advice. The service is also very thoughtful; seeing that we had elderly people and children, they specifically helped us arrange two rooms next to each other. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything offered was my favorite! Oh, and the hotel also has a few adorable little pets – my kids would greet the birds every time we left and returned. We'll definitely be back next time! 🥰

As a long-standing five-star hotel, its location is absolutely superb. You step right out onto Longshouyuan Station of Metro Line 2, and you truly appreciate this convenience when you're dragging your tired self back from a day out. Secondly, their service philosophy is excellent. On our first day, we arrived at 2 PM, and our room wasn't quite ready. The lobby staff, seeing us with our whole family, immediately arranged for five executive lounge afternoon teas, giving us a place to rest and recharge. The family room is incredibly spacious, so at night, two families could easily gather for dinner without feeling cramped at all. The daily housekeeping was also prompt and meticulous. The pool is quite child-friendly and good for beginners, staying open until 10 PM, which provides plenty of time. The hotel is close to a supermarket and Daming Palace National Heritage Park, making it incredibly good value for money during peak season. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded us to a scenic king room! The room offered expansive views, and the W's signature trendy yet comfortable design was definitely present. The facilities were new, and the smart system was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and amenities and water refills were prompt, making our stay very comfortable. The day before check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or an extension. 🍜 **Breakfast Delights:** The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring authentic Xi'an flavors! Besides the standard five-star hotel offerings, there were various local noodles like Sa'ozi Noodles and Youpo Noodles... a full array of local specialties. We got to savor the taste of Xi'an without even leaving the hotel. 🎨 **Design Excellence:** My child absolutely loved the W Hotel's design. From the lobby to the guest room, every corner was a highlight. My child was so excited upon entering, looking around and taking photos everywhere. The round throw pillows on the bed were especially soft and bouncy. From its location, service, dining, to the overall ambiance, the Xi'an W Hotel provided our family with a truly perfect stay. It's a slight regret that we didn't get to use the complimentary cocktail vouchers since we were traveling with a child.

Downstairs, near Zhonglou Community, there are many popular online shops, including a multi-concept noodle shop and a mung bean cake store. On the roadside in front of Zhonglou Community, there's a place selling spicy soup and beef pancakes for breakfast, which tasted great. The hotel's coffee is quite good, but the breakfast selection was limited with not much fresh pastry or other options, only the egg fried rice was decent. The bathroom lighting is too bright; it needs a softer option. The two upward-facing spotlights by the bedside tables are a nice design, but they're not very practical as it's easy to hit your hand when turning them on or off at night. Overall, Jinjiang's brands pay attention to details, and the toiletries and disposable teacups all come individually packaged, which is good. Xi Dajie (West Street) is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for a stroll after 11:00 PM to enjoy the cool air.

The location is superb, close to the Bell and Drum Tower and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are spotless, offering a great stay experience. Breakfast is rich and varied, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, with plenty of local specialties available; there's even a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities, which is a huge plus for long trips. Excellent value for money – I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay.
