Exceptional Service & Memorable Stay We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel service was outstanding from start to finish, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection with something for everyone, and the Executive Lounge services were truly exceptional — a perfect space to relax with excellent food and attentive service. A special mention to Angel Jiao, who was absolutely fabulous. She was always warm, professional, and willing to help, which made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful stay — we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This JW Marriott hotel is quite good. The lobby is on the 38th floor, offering fantastic views. The room was spacious and bright, with clean and comfortable bedding. Housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel is conveniently located near the high-speed train station and the airport, with a subway station right downstairs providing direct access to city attractions. Got a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor. The hotel is luxurious with very modern decor. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. It's only 4 subway stops from Xi'an North Station, and the hotel isn't far from the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around.
