Not sure how they got the trip partner award but I have strong doubts - I paid more to stay at this hotel over many others on the same street and was sorely disappointed.
Firstly, hotel is on 2 levels of a bigger building. The entrance looked extremely dodgy, especially when there’s no building light in the late night. The lift also takes forever to come.
My biggest pain had to be the extremely thin walls!!! I could hear the family in the next room all night as well as the cleaner lady clearing her throat excessively in the early morning. I’m a light sleeper so I basically had an awful time for several nights.
Charging port was not working well (i could not insert my adaptor and had to use the bathroom port). There was also no type c port which was terribly inconvenient since the main plug was already not working.
Marketed that they have a minibar (one would assume a small fridge) but there wasn’t any - I couldn’t keep any of my food deliveries.
There were daily cleaning services but air was dusty and you can probably see it.
The only pro is the location which was close to the metro and attraction sites. Room was spacious with a smart toilet as well. You can deliver your courier packages to the reception but for food delivery it’s restricted to the first floor ******* lockers.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient — close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, quickly handling any issues I had. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite hotels ever. Great attention. Amazing rooms. The best shower. Good price. I only wish it wouldn't open the curtains and turn on the TV every time I entered the room. 5 out of 5!!

Location was perfect, just a couple minute walk from the bell and drum tower. (Also the metro) There’s a direct bus to the Terracotta Army in the same street. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good overall. The receptionist spoke English, and the room had a nice, functional design. Although my room didn’t have a window, the glass panel simulating one worked surprisingly well. The shower was also modern and convenient. The location is ideal for visiting Xi’an.
However, I can’t give a perfect score because it failed in its most important function: providing rest. The walls are very thin, and each room has a large projector, which creates a lot of noise. Unfortunately, I slept very poorly.
That said, for the price it’s really amazing value. If you plan to sleep late or don’t mind noise, it’s hard to beat the quality for the cost. But if restful sleep is important to you, I would avoid it.

總體還是不錯的！交通便利，一家三口出遊，六天五晚，地鐵口就在樓下向右👉走10米左右，還有地下通道七號口出來也很快到達酒店。每天的洗衣房最忙碌，雖然中間不停歇的洗，烘乾功能出現問題，但第二天也馬上解決了。房間拉開窗簾，就能看到鐘樓，樓下的夜市也很熱鬧，隨時想吃，你也可以直接買。試吃了幾種，感覺還不錯。前台的年輕妹妹和弟弟感覺也很熱情，有什麼需要都很會幫你解決。一羣充滿激情的年輕人。早餐也還不錯，但還是建議花樣可以再多一點。就是靠馬路邊的房間有點小吵，每天玩回來到酒店，也很累了。反倒是街邊小噪音影響不大了。😁下次有來，應該還可以選這裏。最後説一下，酒店的兵馬俑一日遊，我們報了，體驗感不是很好，一般般。雖然沒有入店，但有《復活軍團》和一個ar鏡，你不參加觀看的話，要在遊客中心等待快兩個小時。我家娃要看，爸爸帶着去了，我自己在遊客中心外的泡腳店，花了29.9，乘空調，有座椅休息，不然，遊客中心太差了。説了很多，西安，值得再來！

The hotel was clean and located very near the subway train station! The front desk lady was super helpful when I tried to order something online but didn’t get my items. She even got a refund for me I am so grateful. The room we were in has 3 beds and the beds were soft and clean. The only thing I found missing is there was no fridge in the room.
