GGuest UserOur group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

GGuest UserI'm only getting around to writing this review now, after a trip before Chinese New Year, because the experience was truly memorable and worth savoring. The hotel's location is excellent; it's not far from attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Forest of Steles. On a good day, you can walk to them, or if you're feeling lazy, a taxi ride is quick. Getting to the Grand Tang Everbright City and Furong Garden is also smooth, whether by metro or taxi. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and once you enter the grounds, it feels like a private garden. Even in winter, you can see greenery all around, so I can only imagine how beautiful it must be during the other three seasons. What left the deepest impression was a young man from the hotel's concierge team. After my child and I finished our meal, we wanted to stroll around the courtyard. He proactively approached us, asking if we had eaten and where we planned to go. We told him we weren't going far, just exploring the courtyard. He enthusiastically informed us that there was an olive tree in the backyard personally planted by Premier Zhou, suggesting we look for it. We were pleasantly surprised and immediately decided to seek out this piece of history. Early on February 11th, we had booked a trip to the Terracotta Warriors. Since it was quite a distance, we rushed to the restaurant for breakfast right when it opened. As the elevator doors opened downstairs, it was the same familiar young man, greeting us with a cheerful 'Good morning!'... Throughout our stay, we encountered this diligent and hospitable staff member many times as we came and went. Even my child would proactively say hello to him, as if he were a familiar family member! The feeling of being welcomed like family truly slowly permeates and influences those around you. It's a shame he wasn't on duty the day we checked out, so we couldn't say goodbye in person. I have a small suggestion for the hotel's guest rooms: it would be best to provide plastic non-slip mats in the shower. The lack of non-slip slippers, with only cotton bathmats available, isn't enough to prevent slips in the shower. Moreover, showering barefoot isn't comfortable for most Chinese people, especially women and children. Sometimes, a non-slip item is much more practical than just a warning!

GGuest UserW Hotels has always been my favorite brand. This particular hotel is said to be their flagship in Asia. The design is grand and imposing, with a strong metallic, modern feel. The changing lights at night are truly captivating. It's located in the Qujiang Han Kiln Relic Park, offering fantastic views.
The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the service is great too.
The breakfast features delicious Xi'an local specialties, including Saozi noodles, Biangbiang noodles, and Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger).

We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!

AAqiqiqiqiqi。Cleanliness: Really good. Even though there are many corners in the room, I didn't see a speck of dust.
Environment: Super, super great. The gym, swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, afternoon tea, and lounge are all so beautiful. Anywhere you take a picture looks very well-designed. To find a hotel like this for around 1000 is really worth it.
Service: The butler's attitude was the best I've ever encountered! Thanks to Vivian for letting us check out late so we could comfortably go for a swim, haha. There are also many staff members everywhere you look.

We've always booked Ritz-Carlton hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and because we love the Ritz brand, we decided to book a Club Twin Room for two nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an this time. Our stay was truly fantastic! The hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, and grand. The room was spacious and bright. The staff provided warm and attentive service, especially at the Club Lounge, where the variety of dishes was rich and diverse, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. Several staff members there had excellent service attitudes. The hotel breakfast was truly great, with many varieties and delicious flavors, especially the local Xi'an delicacies. Our Ritz trip to Xi'an was wonderful! Looking forward to coming back again!

It's also conveniently located near a Line 4 subway station, making it super easy to get to all the attractions – truly hassle-free travel.
For shopping and dining, Xi'an Joy City is right outside the hotel, offering everything you could possibly need.
And the hotel service? Absolutely impeccable. From the moment I booked, through check-in, and finally at check-out, the guest services team, especially Nico and Candy, provided thoughtful and proactive assistance. This included pre-arrival check-in guidance, license plate registration, a local sightseeing map, performance schedules, and even information on traffic restrictions during the May Day holiday. The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and highly skilled, able to answer all our questions and accommodate our specific requests with ease. This really speaks to the hotel's mature and comprehensive management system, where management empowers their staff, significantly boosting service efficiency and quality, and actively enhancing the hotel's and brand's image. Even the housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous and diligent, ensuring our room was cleaned and amenities replenished promptly and thoroughly. It's no wonder The Westin Xi'an (Datang Everbright City store) is ranked number one for hotels in Xi'an on Ctrip – it truly deserves it.

The large parking lot ensures you'll always find a spot, no matter when you return. It's super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The rooms are comfortable and have a luxurious feel. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities still feel high quality. The swimming pool is heated and there's also a hot tub with an irregular shape and stone pillars for relaxing in the water. The kids absolutely loved it, though it's not ideal for serious lap swimming due to its shape. Breakfast was also delicious. This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at in Xi'an this trip. I'll certainly be back next time I visit Xi'an, and maybe I'll try the 'Legend' rooms to see if they're even better.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay, would happily return. The Hyatt Hotel is conveniently located, just a three to five-minute walk from Exit A of Hanyao Station on Metro Line 8. The hotel building has five floors and offers expansive, open views from the outside. The lobby is spacious, bright, and comfortable; it's a great place to relax and enjoy the lake view even if you don't go out. The rooms are large, clean, well-laid-out, and fully equipped. The breakfast offers a rich variety of local specialties with several live cooking stations, ensuring both warmth and deliciousness. I'd suggest installing two sinks in the double rooms.
