Hotel near Zhonggulou Square (Downtown),Xi'an
The hotel is located in the heart of Xi'an's Central Business District, near the site of the Tang Dynasty Secretariat and adjacent to Qiaozikou Station on Metro Line 6. Public transportation is convenient: Metro Line 2 takes about 30 minutes directly to Xi'an North Railway Station and 50 minutes to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. Shuttle services are also available upon reservation (charged by vehicle type, advance booking required). The lobby features a museum exhibition area, immersing guests in Han and Tang dynasty culture and historical ambiance from the moment they enter. Surrounded by numerous attractions and markets, the hotel offers easy access to key destinations: Zhonggulou Square is an 8-minute walk away or accessible via Metro Line 6 transferring to Line 2 at Zhonglou Station; Huimin Street (Beiyuanmen / Xiyangshi) is just a 3-minute walk away, offering vibrant local life; Xiaonanmen Morning Market (Hanguangmen) is about 10 minutes on foot, where you can experience traditional morning life in old Xi'an; Shuncheng Alley, Shuyuanmen, and Xiangzi Temple form a cultural trail within a 15-minute walk, or reachable by walking from Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2. Dayanta and Daming Lake Night City can be reached by transferring from Metro Line 2 to Line 3 at Dayanta Station—just 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy dazzling light shows and musical fountains before strolling to the night city. Emphasizing museum-inspired design, Song-style aesthetics, Han palace elements, and Tang culture, the hotel specializes in spacious two-bedroom suites with one living room and two bathrooms. Each suite features open, airy layouts with dry-wet separation, blending ancient charm with modern comfort. On-site amenities include a meditation and scripture-copying room, tea lounge, and fitness center. Complimentary buffet breakfast and coffee afternoon tea are provided, catering to diverse needs such as family trips and cultural stays, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the thousand-year heritage of Chang'an.

"Traveling to Xi'an with three generations of my family, a total of six people, we stumbled upon this guesthouse nestled on the ruins of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, and it was such a delightful surprise! We were completely immersed in the culture of the glorious Tang Dynasty Chang'an throughout our stay. It was comfortable and rich in heritage – definitely a full 10/10! They offer a wide variety of room types, including ancient-style themes like Qin-Han, Tang, Song, and traditional folk, each with its own unique flair. Some rooms even feature private hot springs, making for an incredibly atmospheric bathing experience. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom layout, perfectly suited for large families. With two 2.1-meter king beds plus a children's bunk bed (1.35m top bunk, 1.5m bottom bunk), our family of six had plenty of space to spread out, and there would have been ample room for an additional two or three relatives. The hardware configuration completely matches that of a high-end hotel. The entire house is fitted with Kohler bathroom fixtures, with a three-zone wet and dry separation and smart toilets – clean and luxurious. The bedding features 80-thread count high-density fabric, and the down comforters and pillows are so soft; after a day of traveling, lying down instantly melts away fatigue. With a whole-house fresh air system and central air conditioning, the temperature is constant and never stuffy year-round. The owner also provides unlimited mineral water, Xi'an Bingfeng soda, and various afternoon tea snacks throughout the day, allowing us to taste local specialties at any time, which was a very thoughtful touch. The decor is the biggest highlight. The entire building is built upon the cultural and historical heritage of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, featuring a wealth of old timber and vintage wood carvings. The walls all have unique textures hand-polished by art academy teachers and students; every room, bathroom, and living room boasts different patterns, showing how much thought and effort went into it. Every step reveals a glimpse of Chang'an's millennia-old cultural lineage, and it's incredibly photogenic. The配套 services (amenities and services) were truly generous. There's a hearty complimentary breakfast every day, and they can even arrange complimentary lunch or dinner if needed. The location is absolutely superb, right within the city walls in the core area between the Bell and Drum Towers, very close to Xiaonanmen and the Muslim Quarter. It's just a few steps to hail a taxi, and the subway is a fifty-meter walk away. The owner also provides free parking, making shopping, transfers, and getting around incredibly convenient and worry-free. Next time I visit Xi'an, I will definitely stay here again. I'd love to try the Tang Dynasty-themed room with a private hot spring. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling together!"

GGuest UserI absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

GGuest UserI have to give the W Hotel Xi'an a full five-star rating! The absolute highlight of my entire stay was the incredibly thoughtful and top-notch service across the board. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and their attitude was warm and friendly. Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and the staff explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I called the hotel's main line several times during my stay, and the phone was answered almost instantly every time. The operators had soft, sweet voices and were patient and meticulous in their responses. Whether I was asking about facilities, requesting amenities, or inquiring about local sightseeing routes, they provided clear and quick solutions, demonstrating incredibly high responsiveness with no delays or waiting throughout. The hotel's decor is trendy and upscale, and the guest room facilities are smart and comprehensive, offering expansive views and an excellent landscape. Service staff I encountered everywhere would proactively smile and greet me, and all my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. It wasn't about forced small talk, but rather perfectly executed professional service that made the experience absolutely fantastic. This is my top choice for a staycation in Xi'an, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Lliuliu2005I'd heard great things about this hotel for a while, and even though it was a bit far from where I needed to be, I still chose to stay at the Legend. It lived up to expectations and was definitely worth the price. 'Historic, elegant, and high-quality' – that pretty much sums up my overall impression. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The facilities are incredibly well-maintained, indicating excellent materials, meticulous management, and careful upkeep. The off-white seating in the public areas was spotless, instantly reassuring me about the hotel's hygiene. The courtyard was smaller than I imagined, but the greenery and layout were very pleasant, especially the centuries-old trees that seemed to stand guard, inspiring a sense of reverence. The guest room was comfortably and tastefully appointed, with multiple small, opening windows – a refreshing change from the large, fashionable windows often found today – offering a more residential feel and excellent privacy for different functional areas. The breakfast was exceptional, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and it was absolutely delicious! When I returned to the hotel around noon after my errands, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM. The service was delightful; they diligently helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Derek Yang, Jack, Andi, Leo, Eva, and others.

GGuest UserMy stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

GGuest UserThe buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!

QQiutangtangTraveling from Beijing to Xi'an this time, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and was extremely satisfied overall~ **Check-in:** First of all, even before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel staff asking what time we expected to arrive. Upon learning that we would be arriving early, they said they would try their best to arrange an early check-in for us. And indeed, when we got to the hotel, the check-in process was smooth and we were able to get into our room early. I'm very grateful for the thoughtful service from the hotel staff and the quick processing by the front desk. **Room:** It was the height of summer and extremely hot, so we needed a lot of ice daily. We requested buckets of ice every day. The room service staff always responded promptly, provided patient service, and were consistently thorough and meticulous without any slack. **Environment:** The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and elegant. Every location is clearly marked, and the elevators are quiet and fast. The concierge staff were also particularly helpful when we called for taxis, opening car doors to make getting in and out convenient. The meticulous and personalized service made us feel very at ease. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich. Since we booked an executive suite, we also experienced the Grand Club. The overall service and light meals were all very good, and the staff were enthusiastic. Although there were some minor issues in between, which might have been due to miscommunication, after clarifying, everything was fine. The overall service was quite good.

GGuest UserArrived late at night for check-in. Cora and Rosie at the front desk provided excellent service. They proactively upgraded my room to better suit my needs, which made for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient, and they even asked about my preferences for room location and floor. This kind of service is one of the reasons I consistently choose Hyatt. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a great view. The hotel staff were also very responsive to service requests. A special thanks to Linda who helped me replace my room card late at night; the communication was pleasant and easy, and she even managed to extend my stay in the original room. Really appreciate it!
