Staying a night in Chang'an, dreaming of the Han and Tang dynasties. My recent stay at the Han and Tang Museum Resort Residence was truly the highlight of my trip. The residence is located in the heart of the city, close to the magnificent Bell and Drum Towers, yet peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. Upon entering, I was greeted by golden bricks paving the floor and an array of antique wooden furnishings. The exquisite carvings and thoughtful arrangement of every object evoked a sense of ancient heritage, as if I had stepped into a thousand-year-old mansion. Each step revealed a new scene, steeped in a rich, ancient charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a 2.1-meter-wide bed with down bedding, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a wet and dry separation and comprehensive smart appliances, blending modern convenience seamlessly with traditional aesthetics. The residence also boasts a tea room, calligraphy room, gym, and a children's play area. During my leisure time, I could brew tea, practice calligraphy, or work out. It offered enjoyment for every member of the family, young and old. The hosts were incredibly sincere, treating guests like dear friends. Everything was meticulously arranged, showing thoughtful consideration in every detail. Staying here was more than just a night's rest; it was an immersive experience of slow living, steeped in the elegance of the ancient capital. Time may pass, but I too look forward to a return. When I revisit Chang'an in the future, I will undoubtedly return to this residence. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The service was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, staff on the ground floor came to help us with our luggage and escorted us to the lobby. During check-in, they thoughtfully offered us water. Any questions we had were addressed immediately by phone. Great value for money!

Stayed here for a business trip and it was a perfect experience overall. The location is convenient with easy parking. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their efficient check-in process and the free luggage storage. The room had a spacious desk, ideal for working, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Housekeeping did a thorough job daily. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay, making everything stress-free. It's definitely my top choice for business travel!

My stay at the Sofitel Legend Xian was absolutely outstanding. The room was beautifully designed in a vintage French style, with exquisite details. It was aesthetically pleasing, clean, comfortable, and rich in historical charm. Jack at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded my room for free. I'd also like to commend Erics, Themis, Andi, and Nora for their excellent service; they were friendly, made the check-in process smooth, and were very responsive to guest needs, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was high-quality with a wide selection of dishes, balancing local specialties with both Chinese and Western options, all of which were delicious. The hotel's overall facilities and services are top-notch, making it highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

Our family stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an during our trip and had a wonderful experience. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality and thoughtful service from all hotel staff. Our stay coincided with my wife’s and my wedding anniversary. The hotel beautifully decorated our room and gifted us an anniversary cake. We were delighted by such a lovely sense of ceremony. We travelled with our little child. The hotel took great care of our kid, preparing a comfortable child-friendly space and many cute dolls as gifts. Our child loved them very much, and we were deeply touched by this thoughtful family service. One small suggestion: it would be even better if child-sized pillows could be provided in family rooms. Kids under 6 years old are still developing their spines and need flatter pillows suited to their sleeping posture to protect their spinal health. We would like to give special thanks to front desk associate Jessie Guo. During our check-in, I asked many questions and took up much of her time. She answered all my enquiries patiently and carefully. We learned that Jessie had just recovered from illness. Even though she was not yet fully well, she still provided considerate service wholeheartedly. Her professionalism and kindness left us a deep impression. The premium environment, thoughtful details and warm service made a perfect start to our Xi’an trip. Thank you again for the unforgettable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an! This hotel is located on Fengcheng 2nd Road, and it's incredibly convenient for both metro and bus access. With Metro Lines 2 and 8, and bus routes 33 and 160, getting anywhere is a breeze. What I didn't expect was to check in on the third floor; the first floor is actually for the concierge. I even went to the wrong floor initially and ended up picking up takeout there! The concierge, a very enthusiastic young man, made me, an introvert, feel a little flustered. However, the lady at check-in noticed this and spoke to me very gently. The only minor issue was the absence of a shower cap in the room, but after calling, housekeeping quickly brought one up. Overall, from arrival to departure, everyone's thoughtful service made for a very comfortable stay. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Xi'an again.

This hotel experience was so fantastic that I actually took photos (which I rarely do because I'm usually too lazy)! A special thank you to Mio, who was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. Not only did I receive a room upgrade, but any issues I reported were resolved very quickly! First off, the hotel's location and ambiance are truly excellent. It really lives up to its 'garden hotel' name – absolutely beautiful! It's also not far from famous attractions; a taxi gets you there super fast! And the hotel breakfast is genuinely delicious! I highly recommend it. There's a wide variety of options, including many local Xi'an specialties – it's like a one-stop shop for everything! This is definitely the kind of place I'll keep choosing every time I visit again!

The environment is clean and the service is great, with staff always ready to answer any questions. The decor is Chinese style, and it's quite quiet outside the window. There are three hotels inside, so it might be a bit tricky to find the exact location. Regarding the all-in-one control panel, once you press to turn everything off, it's quite fiddly to find the buttons to turn things back on. I suggest using physical buttons for the bedside lamps; many hotels now use voice commands for smart systems, which would also be more convenient.

They were always smiling, and patiently answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, we experienced their seamless teamwork: the front desk staff was consistently warm and attentive, and the sales team promptly addressed any needs we had.
