HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

I chose the W Hotel for my trip to Xi'an with my child this time, and the experience exceeded my expectations! 📍 **Location:** The hotel is nestled in the Qujiang New District, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. Taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel allowed us to avoid the main city traffic. Qujiang Park is right downstairs, perfect for morning and evening strolls, and the lush greenery creates a wonderful vacation vibe. 🛍️ **Convenient Amenities:** Golden Place Mall is not far, so dining, entertainment, and shopping are all covered. The hotel's commercial complex features Haidilao, Nayuki Tea, and a convenience store. Whether you're craving a hot pot, a bubble tea, or need to grab some snacks and daily essentials, it's all just downstairs – a lifesaver when traveling with kids. The hotel also has robot delivery for room service. 🛏️ **Warm Service:** Check-in was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded us to a scenic king room! The room offered expansive views, and the W's signature trendy yet comfortable design was definitely present. The facilities were new, and the smart system was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and amenities and water refills were prompt, making our stay very comfortable. The day before check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or an extension. 🍜 **Breakfast Delights:** The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring authentic Xi'an flavors! Besides the standard five-star hotel offerings, there were various local noodles like Sa'ozi Noodles and Youpo Noodles... a full array of local specialties. We got to savor the taste of Xi'an without even leaving the hotel. 🎨 **Design Excellence:** My child absolutely loved the W Hotel's design. From the lobby to the guest room, every corner was a highlight. My child was so excited upon entering, looking around and taking photos everywhere. The round throw pillows on the bed were especially soft and bouncy. From its location, service, dining, to the overall ambiance, the Xi'an W Hotel provided our family with a truly perfect stay. It's a slight regret that we didn't get to use the complimentary cocktail vouchers since we were traveling with a child.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in recent years! The entire hotel staff is highly professional, and their excellent service is evident at every step of your stay. While waiting for a ride-hailing car in the lobby, staff members would proactively approach me to ask about my destination and offer guidance for travel if I had questions. When I was taking photos in the lobby, staff members would also come over to help me find good angles and assist with the pictures. Whether it was checking in, having breakfast, or being at the hotel's pool or bar... in every scenario during my stay, I felt meticulous and thoughtful service, with many proactive and attentive touches that made for a very comfortable experience. I especially want to thank Flora Qiu Jianyue from the concierge team. We had three suitcases with us, and the booked car couldn't fit all of them, so we needed to move luggage back and forth. It was the scorching midday sun in Xi'an, and I was waiting in the shade with my three children. I called her over to avoid the sun, but she insisted on staying in the scorching sun to look after our luggage, helped us move it back and forth, and arranged for a different car. This small detail was truly heartwarming. The hotel's predecessor was the historic People's Grand Hotel, now part of the Sofitel Legend brand. The building itself boasts a rich historical heritage, but it's impeccably maintained. The furniture and public areas are kept in pristine condition, appearing new and polished, and everything is meticulously cared for, striking a perfect balance between old and new. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the taste is excellent. The toiletries provided in the room are Maison Caulières 'L'Aube des Sens,' with a sophisticated and gentle fragrance that I really enjoyed. Both the hardware maintenance and the service awareness of all staff members are impeccable. You definitely shouldn't miss this hotel when you come to Xi'an.

The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities were decent. It was on a high floor, but the downside was the limited number of power outlets (though USB charging ports were available). The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from the main attractions. Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.

This hotel was part of our spontaneous summer trip to Xi'an with the kids, and honestly, it's been the best hotel experience I've had in years! What really stood out: 1. The hotel's overall design is fantastic. 2. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1 PM for check-in, and seeing it was a family trip, they promptly upgraded our room. 3. The breakfast spread was amazing, and what’s even better is they offered so many local specialties like Qishan Saocimian (noodles), Roujiamo (meat burger), Rouwantang (meatball soup), and Zenggao (steamed rice cake)… The taste was just as good as a professional restaurant! The executive lounge service was also excellent. Our butler provided thoughtful service, and the location is super convenient, only a 40-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was my first time in Xi'an, and I picked it randomly as a getaway to clear my mind. I didn't visit any attractions; I just stayed in the hotel for two days. The Ritz certainly didn't disappoint. From the moment I got out of the car until check-out, since it was a pure staycation, I requested various services from the hotel multiple times, and their response was always quick. The spa was particularly outstanding and definitely worth experiencing. Breakfast was also delicious. As a loyal InterContinental fan, I've now become a Marriott fan and will definitely try other Ritz properties in the future, haha. The only minor flaw was that the minibar was so well hidden I almost couldn't find it. It blended perfectly with the wall. I had to ask the concierge who brought up my luggage to find it, but it's a trivial matter. Also, a big thank you to Lydia for her service and the small gift!

Traveling to the ancient city of Xi'an with friends, our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel's design is stylish, and the room offers a spacious view; you just open the curtains to see the street. The hygiene was impeccable, the bedding soft and comfortable, and there's a full-length mirror that's great for photos. Monica from guest relations was incredibly kind and attentive, following up on our check-in experience throughout our stay, and her thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Although the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center and main attractions, transportation is convenient with a mall and subway station right next door, making getting around, dining, and shopping very easy. The cleaning staff were also exceptionally good.

Highly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.

For my trip to Xi'an, after some comparison, I chose the Hyatt Regency. It's right next to Qujiang Lake Park, which was fantastic for traveling with kids. We stayed for five days and four nights, and the schedule was very relaxed. We could even take an evening stroll in the park when we returned. The park has quiet and active zones, plus little bars and coffee shops – it's quite charming. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us from the moment we arrived until check-in. The breakfast was quite diverse; the Chinese options were more abundant, while Western choices were fewer. However, for those of us with a Chinese palate, especially for pastries and noodles, it was excellent. They also had a good selection of Xi'an local specialties. Even though the dinner at the Grand Club Lounge was described as a light meal, it was actually quite generous – definitely enough to fill you up. We could also order Xi'an specialty food delivery from nearby restaurants, and the staff were very prompt in bringing it to our room – full marks for their excellent service! The taxi experience was also great; we could usually get a taxi and be on our way within three minutes of arriving at the lobby. The doormen also helped open and close car doors. Overall, it was a very comfortable travel experience, and both the elderly and children were very satisfied!

My first night here was great, so I extended my stay for two more nights. The facilities are really good. The breakfast restaurant is shared with the Sofitel next door, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, with fountains and many ancient trees.
