Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

how to say Facilities: Overall, it's OK, but the hotel is too hot. The whole thing is centrally air-conditioned. It's particularly bad to wake up at night when the air conditioner is not turned on. There is no refrigeration at all. There is a KTV or bar downstairs, which is very noisy at night. I know that I have to call the front desk to ask them to negotiate for a better sound. In the room next to the sink, as long as I wash my hands and turn on the water pipe, the sound in the room is very clear and I don’t fall asleep. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay Environment: The overall hotel is okay. The breakfast is average. I can't say that there is a lot to eat. It is very rich. The entire breakfast area is not big. It is better because of the geographical environment. The city wall and SKP are close to each other. There is a small snack street downstairs. Service: The service was okay. We booked 3 rooms, but 2 of them were too hot to stay in. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms.

The reception staff were friendly and check in was really easy and quick. The room is clean and modern. All amenities I required were available and the room was cleaned on time. The only issue was the elevator was not reliable and we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and after getting out we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the room and then go back down to explore the city. Good experience overall besides the elevator encounter

The place where I live is right next to Yongning Gate. It is very close to the starting point of the marathon. It is a minute away from the road and next to the Xi'an City Wall. I like this city very much. The children like the room with the attic very much. The last picture is a picture of the accommodation. I also I really like the pasta here, especially the Guokui Spicy Pancake. I visited the Xi'an City Wall, saw the Shaanxi Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Qin Terracotta Warriors, the City that Never Sleeps, and took pictures of the Bell Tower. It was so beautiful, it deserves to be a thousand-year-old ancient capital!
